I recently had a MTB bike break down and biking is my #1 way of improving my health and wellness. I really on quality products to stay consistent with wellness goals as advised by physicians. I had an exceptional experience in finding a great quality bike at Dick’s. Expert assembly when I arrived so the bike was perfectly tuned when I left the store. Great service and prices. I’m highly impressed with the overall experience!
Noel and Cindy were very friendly and helpful when picking up my new grill. They made pick up an easy process. Also, when I was looking for a jump rope I was asked if I needed help by a gentleman I didn’t get his name and he actually took the time to stand there with me and hear me out on what I was looking for … AND I was given a water bottle in this three digit heat!! Thank you guys!!!
The staff were pretty young. I came to look at walking shoes and arc support shoes but the staff weren't knowledgeable enough about these types so I ended up just trying various ones by myself. Product selections are good, but pricing are higher than others.
No one asked if we needed. When we asked an employee in the shoe department she could care less and the other employee was ok after we approached him. The only employee that can compliment is the cashier. She was friendly, happy and personable. Not sure we will be back though. Ever.
Worst Custer service to date. Multiple employees standing around telling customers to wait just to be told they don’t have what’s needed by golf section. Then completely ignored by one employee as she just kept walking feet away as we steadily said ma’am, excuse me, wouldn’t even turn her head. Guess we should be grateful for the mumble out of her mouth. Big thanks to the young guy that let us in the fitting room. He’s the real MVP.
I shop here regularly and always receive very good customer service. Ive ordered online for pickup and in store, never have any issues. Glad to have them close by for all our sporting goods needs.
I would give 0 stars if I could... The fact that I was told they where to busy to answer my questions and it would be a long wait.. Told me to feel free to stand over there and wait but it would be a while..!!!! With that's being said they missed a sale..!!!!
I was tired and had swollen ankles cankles and was searching for compression socks. Emily came to my rescue by walking with me right to the socks! Her friendly personality helped me forget my fatigue and aching ankles for a little while!
Great experience shopping at Pearland location with Manny! Helped with all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and polite! Will be coming back and referring all of my friends!
Great deal on a golf bag for father’s Day! Superb service from Jorge on the curbside delivery.
