I MUST have interrupted the other employees golf time. When I asked if I could be fitted. I was told to play more golf. I can't help to think that I was being brushed off. Bad business practices. And no commission. When an customer is being told that it will be 40.00 to be fitted and to go play more golf befor buying a $700.00 set of clubs . Maybe it would help pay the employees wages and keep the lights on just food for thought.
Do not buy clubs here you will not see them till the next year. Their site promotes 3-4 weeks, it’s a lie. I recommend any other sites that sell clubs they are more reliable.
Went in looking to replace my baseball umpire shirt and was told they don't carry them but they do carry soccer , basketball and football referee shirts. Does baseball not need umpires to play? I don't understand...
online purchase when I called customer service because my order kept canceling I got restricted for no reason they asked my phone number and I accidentally said the wrong one and do they have no other way to verify the identity???
They are one a the only businesses that fill Co2 tanks but when they will fill them remains a mystery. Completely random. On average 1 out of 5 times I stop they have an employee on site and has the proper supplies and material to fill them.
The golf dudes are super knowledgeable and skilled at helping understand all the variety of club options. Got two clubs re gripped while I shopped!! Then, to top it all off, they're associate Curtis is like the nicest guy ever, and helped me find a sweet deal on a new hoop for my kids. Great experience!!
The manager that was on duty while we were there was the man! Helped us get everything we needed done.
The employees are so very accommodating and helpful. They worked with me on a demo driver price and it was an amazing deal. I highly recommend the. For all club fitting and purchases.
I'd give this place a negative if I could what a joke customer service is rude.. called to clear up a mistake which does happen but then the "manager" I later found out her name Brittney was very short on the phone and told me my "best bet was to come back tomorrow because they close in 30 minutes." I told her I'd be there in 5.. then I go to the cashier to clear up the mistake. I was not mad at the cashier but asked if Brittney was available.. the cashier said she was "busy and it would be a few minutes, but you can wait if you want." I was not going to waste my time because she was not going to waste her time with a paying customer. On a good note I did get my money back after a long wait, but I was rewarded with a cupon that was good for 3 hours.. 10 minutes before closing. $10 off of any $50 spent ha! Never again will I be coming here.
Great selection of just about everything you could want for outdoor sports. Store is clean. Some things can be a bit tricky to track down as I've noticed a few of their items are in inconsistent locations in the store. Customer service here is never fantastic; I usually find myself wandering around for 15 minutes without so much as a "can I help you find anything." Good store, but nothing amazing.
