Always loved this store but today, every employee that I was explaining what I needed to definitely had NO clue of sports, period. There was 2 different guys. So maybe make sure your employee knows what he is talking about or at least can fake it thru helping customers!!!
The five stars are for McKenzie! She gave customer service. The manager was ok All around, great experience
Rude…unprofessional…liars… I was told specifically by the manager he was going to pull and hold some items for me because I was driving from about an hour and a half away then he turned around and sold the items after promising to hold them for me. Absolutely ridiculous
Running shoe selection for women is tiny when compared to the men's section. Not a single employee to be found if you need assistance. Sevierville and Knoxville locations are much better.
Not the same since they stopped the sale of firearms
Went into the store to get clubs regripped. Had called a couple of days ago to see if I needed to schedule an appt and was told, no it only takes a couple of hours to do a full set of clubs. Noone is working in golf department had look for someone. What I got was a young kid that said he was the closing Manager and didn't have time to do them and that the "golf guy" was on vacation. He also said they were really backed up in golf and he didn't work in golf. So 1. If you know nothing about golf clubs, I sure don't want you to attempt to regrip graphite shaft clubs. 2. If you're in "Management" you do not want to cost the company feeding you money. 3. If you're in "Management" DO NOT openly lie to the customer, saying "we are really backed up in golf right now." Because if you are then, why is Noone working there to get you caught up. If you do not wish to do your job, go somewhere else. EVERYBODY is currently hiring but maybe just not hiring the caliber if people you are for Management.
Dealt with a Karen both times I called for information. Website said they closed at 7, 50 minutes from when I called to check inventory on an item. She said they closed in 30. Called again at 10 till to verify location we were on the other side of the mall. I told her we'd be right there. They locked the doors early because they knew we were coming and had trouble finding them. Got there with 5 minutes to spare and needed to run in and grab one thing. So much for caring about their customers.
Just wanna say thanks Josh for always being a kind store associate! He's always a big help with our purchases! He knows the store inside out! Don't have to worry about wandering around the store trying to find items !
I drove an hour here to pick up a bike that my local store didn't have. It was not assembled properly the first time. So after an hour wait it seemed to be fine only for me to realize when I got it home they had left some pretty important parts off the bike.
We go here because they are the only other place to get googan baits from. Other then the fishing department and camping department we haven't really looked at. Store is clean, well staffed with curtious people. Very helpful staff also.
