Nice staff and decent selection. They were having a nice sale in golf clubs.
They have got great variety, reasonable price range, organized nicely, friendly and prompt staff, very well lit, very clean.
Walked in to spend a few hundred on winter boots but their high end stock is gone with over two weeks to go til Christmas and beginning of cold weather. While I’m here let’s pick up some ammo. Gun section is gone with an employees stating the reason as “Sandy Hook.” Employees are in a big hurry to fill the awful floor plan of the store. It is really happening isn’t it.
The manger Andy O was unpleasant to deal with and he does not know how to handle a managerial role.

If you buy a floor model treadmill. they are not going to load in your vehicle. How can you expect customer to take large equipment from store into their vehicles. And they are not even ready to load the new treadmill and suggesting to rent a vehicle or purchase installation service. Never encountered this type of customer service. I will never shop here.
I purchased a bicycle and had a few questions. I called and spoke to Bailey. She was very friendly and professional. She assured me when I had a few concerns and answered all my questions. Retail needs more people like this young lady! I’ve been a Retail Manager my entire career and believe me Bailey represents this company well with her personality and knowledge. If you need a bicycle, she’s the one to see.
The young man with dark hair has more knowledge about shoes than anyone that I have ever met! I hate shoe shopping as I have back and ankle issues. I did alot of research online before going into the store and knew what I was looking for. . Honestly- I kind of ignored him at first while I was looking - and as he was talking to my husband I realized that what he was saying was not just a way to try to upsell shoes. They didn't have the ones that I needed in stock- but he managed to find a pair that had been returned due to size- so I could try a pair on from the same company and determine which size I needed. . Ended up ordering them thru him and had them expedited I wanted them before going on a trip. This was at the end of the end of October- and I wear these shoes every day at work - and during the Holidays that meant some days were 10- 12 hours long. I love these shoes. And I will forever be going back to thises young man to buy my shoes. My husband was so impressed with him that he plans to go there the next time he needs to buy more shoes. We were so impressed with this young man's knowledge! Kudos for this young man!
Stopped by to purchase Hydro Flask for Christmas present as it was 25% off - which was a great deal - until I got to the register to find out that THE BLACK COLOR HYDRO FLASK WAS NOT ON SALE!!! Are we now charging for color choices in our product selection!!! Will everything just become white for manufacturing conceive? YIKES!!!!!
Bought a bike from here. Whoever helped me with fitting a bike was nice but no one offered to help me get it into my car which was odd because I work in retail too and I always ask customers If they need help loading a big purchase into their vehicle. I struggled getting it into my car and it would of been nice If they at least offered .
