Great selection of sports equipment and athletic wear. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions or help you find something. It's conveniently located in the shopping center at Cortez and 14th, behind the Rooms to Go store parcel of land.
I bought a bike in February of 2021, when I brought the bike I also bought a service plan. In 2022 I took the bike in for a yearly service and it took 16 days before I got it back, which they said it would take that long, I was surprised it took that long but I was okay with it. I took it in March of 22nd this year to have two new tubes and tires but on. They said it will only be a couple of days, and as of today April 2 they said it’ll take a few more days. I just wish they were up front with me and just said it’ll take a few weeks and I wouldn’t be so upset. I love riding and miss it so much. I’m glad I didn’t plan for a group ride.
Not a place to get kids and youth things...the Brandon store has a bigger selection...Nike is not the only brand of sport wear...no verity of products
Anthony in the fishing department was awesome. He has a lot of knowledge and very friendly. Highly recommended person to seek out.
We went in today just looking for kayaks, not really to buy one today. Found two kayaks that were really nice for a great price. Problem was that the models on the floor weren't exactly what we were looking for, so they checked the back and found two in a nice blue/gray color. The staff was extremely nice and worked quickly to find the two in backroom and help load them in the truck. Will definitely return again!
It was quite good people were nice and very helpful one of the salespersons even helped me save money which I love yes I would definitely go back it was clean pricing was great and they even match pricing which I did I got a metal detector and it was cheaper someplace else and they match the price
Golf representative Bob was great!!! However, with only one person on the registers and one person in front of me involved in a lengthy return, after 10 minutes of waiting i just left the items i was going to purchase at the counter and left. Amazon just got another sale...
Nice selection of running shoes which was what I went in to get. I actually got a decent pair of Brooks well under $100. I even ran a lap around the shoe section in them to see how they felt. Yes there's a track. After browsing a bit I found some bike gloves that I'm thinking of using for my workout as well. Very minimal selection of bikes. Overall nice place where I had never visited.
We are from out of town and came into this location for fishing supplies. Spent a good chunk of money on bait and fishing rods and got the worst customer service. We were there for over a half hour and not once did someone ask if we needed anything or if we were doing okay. We got up to the register and "carol" a manager was so completely rude and just not nice at all. If you're working in customer service, you should be good at it.
My wife and I were very pleased with our experience in the golf department. After checking prices for new grips I found that this was the best deal available. Since I purchased 10 grips they were installed free. Even though Earl was extremely busy with customers and phone calls we waited and were given expert service on sizing and grip choosing. I have already recommended Dick's to several friends. I will definitely go back when I need additional services, and I hope Earl is there.
