Stopped here for lunch today. Been at this location 3 or 4 times in the past. Today was by far the best it's been. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich and it wasn't dry. Had plenty of flavoring. I'll be back!Food: 5/5

i don’t usually leave reviews, but man this one really takes the cake. what on earth is that sad excuse for mac and cheese? that’s just the kraft mac n cheese you can buy at walmart for $2, and they’re charging $20 for that as a side in their meals?? do not waste your money here the food is mediocre at best and overpriced. meats were okay, i only had the rib and pulled pork with the spicy barbecue sauce and those were fine. the sides were a joke though, fries were seasoned fine, but nothing special but man… the mac and cheese… that’s the main reason I’m writing this review. truly terrible.

Dickey’s itself is wonderful and so were all of the employees I had dealt with until today. I questioned being charged $3 for a cup of ice as the guy working there told me he only charged me for 1 cup. He was then corrected by a wonderfully pleasant young lady who told him the correct way. He then said “shit ain’t free” I was very offended as a black paying woman who never asks anyone for anything to be spoken of in that way by a black man. I’m still fuming, hence the review. Nothing against Dickey but some employees must be taught customer service skills.

My husband and I shared the pulled pork and 1/2 pound of chopped brisket with potato salad and fries.  Super yummy, and the employees were happy to help and seemed to really enjoy what they’re doing. Will definitely be making this place one of our regular spots!

For starters the store was almost empty when I walked in. Went in store to place a togo order today while on my lunch break. The individual had stated he couldn't give me a receipt because they needed it to make the order. But had asked me several times what I specifically ordered. 45 minutes later when the food was ready they had handed my bag over to another customer that was also waiting for their food. The man had gone through the bag I personally saw him eat a fry from the bag. The guy who handed the food over to him had went behind the counter and came back around and had asked him if he received the right food, the customer had told him no. The associate proceeded to take the food from him that was supposed to be mine threw everything in the same bag and 4 tables over where I'm waiting hands the bag over to me. Which was absolutely disgusting for me to take. I had opened the bag while i was walking away and noticed the Mac and Cheese i had order had opened and had spilled all over the bag.  I have had a very troubling day at work, so I didn't even ask for my food to be remade It also took 45 minutes for 1 brisket platter I took the bag, ate nothing, and threw it away at work. This was my first experience with Dickey's and it started with customer service. Unfortunately I was never able to try the food, by all means it was possibly delicious.  But I will never return. Customer service is the first thing you see and it wasn't there.

Stopped in today looking for lunch, and found some great food here. Had the brisket sandwich, my mom had the pulled pork sandwich. The mac and cheese side dish was the right kind of creamy cheese, not soupy like you get at some places. Very friendly service from the staff!Food: 5/5

This place should be called left over bbq. Dead will not last long serving this left over cold dried out bbq. This was a 37.00 2 meat 2 plates open fridge microwave serve bbq. This is a donation to save your 37.00. This is my public service. Everywhere I have been Dickey’s was good.  Obviously management is the problem here.

I don’t think this place will stay open long.  There was only one person working there on a Saturday evening at 6pm.  This location does not have turkey.  Or ice cream, my kids were disappointed.  We waited quite awhile for our food.  The brisket we ordered was half fat, the fries were super soggy greasy and gross. The chicken was ok, but we got very little food for what we spent.  Bathrooms were gross, the floors were greasy and you have to ask for bbq sauce and you might get a small cup of each.  Overall, we were excited to go to a Dickey’s since it has been a couple years.  We were disappointed and won’t be back to this location. I seriously doubt they will be open very long anyways.

Good meals. We had wings and sandwich The owner is very hospitable.  Excellent service.  Will return.

The brisket sandwich was DELICIOUS! The service is painstakingly slow and I didn’t realize there was no iced tea available until after I paid $3.35 for a yellow cup. That was a big disappointment. I will go to another location because the BBQ was sooooooo good. The Daytona location needs management help.
