UPDATE: OWNER WON'T RESPOND. Corporate did respond with what had to be a joke - we will give you a free sandwich. Ordered delivery and all the food was burnt or way over cooked that it was not edible. The potato was a joke - $15 no cheese, no butter and two small chopped pieces of meat with mostly fat. Best part when you call their voice-mail says they don't take calls so you can't get the problem fixed. Emailed the owner and Dickey's no response.  Stay away from them!

We used to go to this place some years ago, and I went on Monday and is totally a different story. The main glass door is broken, they don't accept cash and have a sign saying they have been robbed several times, that's already a concern, all the chairs were upside-down on top on the tables, which means they don't want people dining in, the ice cream machine is gone, the sweet tea was nasty sweet and did not tasted fresh, my food was late 10 minutes I ordered and paid ahead on their app, I saw one employee cooking, cashing the orders, preparing new orders, only one. The most important thing was the food, the meats were fine, the mashed potatoes were expired at last week, the sauces didn't taste fresh, don't have the fresh buns anymore, now it's a slice on bread from a bag with some butter.... I can keep going with the list, but by now, you got my point. I'm not going back to this place ever, they used to have another location in Rancho Cucamonga that closed down because things were going the same way.

The food was cold barbecue sauce was spoiled. Straight Garbage and nobody answering, only voicemail short staff, I can tell.Food: 2/5

My wife and I decided to give this Dickeys a try and our visit was so bad that we will never come back.  The restaurant was completely dead during lunch rush and looked like pretty poorly maintained. We made an online order and arrived when the confirmation email said that it would be ready, however we were told that it would take another 10 minutes or so. No problem, waiting a little longer for a food order is not a big deal.  However after waiting a good while longer with hunger setting in, we started to get impatient since we were the only ones in the restaurant. We asked again about our order and it turns out that it had been ready, the employees on staff just decided to not let us know. We had been sitting in front of them this whole time.  When we got home and opened the container, there was a long hair in the food. At that point, we were eating the meal out of utility. The flavor was nonexistent for all of the food that we ordered and everything was lukewarm and dry. We were surprised of this since we live so close to this location. After this visit, I’ll probably never visit a Dickey’s again and I hope that people avoid this one at all costs.

I am staying in a hotel on business and eat out every meal. I love Dickeys BBQ. But, I can not recommend this one. I ordered the two meat plate w two sides. Moist beef and reg sausage. Beef was so dried out. Pics Sauce heater was not working and more. Dickeys corporate needs a brand standards and quality department. This store would not pass.

It is ridiculous hot in there. The air conditioner can't be working for how hot it was in the restaurant. It smells like sewer inside. Just from the heat and the smell, I was afraid to eat there. They also don't have an inspection grade posted in the window. It must not be very good.Food: 1/5

Placed an order there yesterday for a family meal of chicken and pork ribs with multiple sides. It was for a birthday meal, actually, we were supposed to get a meal from Lucille‘s barbecue, but for two days we tried placing an order online and kept being told that they were no longer accepting orders for the day needed. So, I decided to give Dickies a try because they had the exact same type of meal we were looking for. We were all really happy that we couldn’t get the order with Lucille‘s because we all thought the food was great! It was a family meal with the choice of 2 meats and 3 sides. So we had the chicken and pork riblets and the sides that we chose were coleslaw, beans, and green beans with bacon. I also bought extra sides of potato salad, mac and cheese, fried okra, kielbasa, and jalapeño and cheddar sausage. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. Just and additional FYI I will admit that I’m not the biggest fan of coleslaw but Dickies nailed it! Not too much mayo and not overly sweet, it was just right and they don’t use MSG in their sausages which is always a concern because I have family members that are allergic to it. The service was remarkably quickly and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I've supported many Dickey's locations and this is the first one that's a true disappointment.  They say they close at 9pm but at 8:15 I was not allowed to order. Gave em another shot and ordered a $15 loaded potato to get a lot of potato and very little loaded. The brisket sandwich was extremely dry. I won't hold it against the franchise but I won't spend here again.  As a business traveler,  my time is too short and valuable for a poor eating experience.

Food is great.  I forgot my wallet and wanted to pay with my phone using Samsung pay.  The cashier had no clue what that was and was freaking out!  That was the only issue. It's not the first business this happens.  Why is mobile pay/ Samsung or Apple so foreign to businesses?

i hope people take there time to read this because this place need’s to be closed down. i order a 3 rib combo . the guy working there also the only person working there said it will be about 2 minutes , off the bat thats kinda fast so definitely a bad sign right there. food came out and the rib’s looked like they was not even cooked properly. they looked like they was boiled in a coffee pot . the bread was actually completely raw . like i mean it raw. the chairs and furniture was coverd in spider web’s . this place is a health code violation
