WORST experience & food at this location ever. Every time I come it gets worse. I will NOT be returning. My online order was not done when I got there, ok, I patiently waited. Once I received it, I checked it while still there. Got the wrong meat & when asked the girl told me that the chicken was pork I ordered pork & received chicken. I laughed inside & knew what a joke she was. Then, it's supposed to be a 3 meat plate & there was hardly any meat. All she said was "that's how it is". She looked clueless and didn't seem to care at all. Horrible customer service. So I asked the guy there, he said "Oh, I didn't have anymore chicken, so I gave you extra beef brisket." Clearly he did not & I once again, I did not even order chicken. On top of that all 3 meats chicken, pork & beef brisket are completely dry. Not even edible, absolutely disgusting. Won't even eat it. The beef brisket is literally gray. See pictures attached. Going to have to get something else now. Complete waste of money. Lastly, it was dirty. The tables weren't even clean. The entry doors looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. Bbq sauce containers were open. Don't recommend anyone going there.
The food was on point. The brisket was to die for, just melted in your mouth. The ribs were good too. This was my first time eating Dickey's. The food was tasty. The only problem I had was that I completed a online order, money was deducted from my account, but when I arrived, I was told that they didn't have my order, and they never received it either. If I wanted the order, I needed to call headquarters to get my food. Needless to say, I had to pay cash in order to have some food and deal with my bank on the next business day.
Beef Brisket was dry. I ordered Brisket & Chicken and received Brisket only. I wasn't greeted at the counter initially. Restaurant was dark and quiet. I wouldn't go back.Food: 2/5
Deserve 0 star. Why are you opening the door if the main food is not available? The meat was dry, the beans to sweet I threw it, not eatable, the fries were full with the rest of the fryer.
Came to dine in with my family of 5 I'm an exspecting mother and I was craving some BBQ it was our first time and when we noticed the reviews we almost didn't come but so glad we did the cashier was so sweet and helpful with explaining the menu she was also expecting mother . The cook was quick we received our order before I filled out drink cup . The ribs were delicious and so were the baked beans .the coleslaw was my favorite! 10/10 nice clean dinning area and staff were welcoming !
Thanks for dinner and the pictures Marta Lynn!!! This place is great, amazing food in a very nice place. Great to see DICKEYS is still in business and how much Moreno Valley is improving. Great cities have great food and great cities exist because of great Mayors, so thank you as well sir!!!
I came today with my family for the first time. The food was delicious, service was fantastic It took maybe 5 mins for the food to come out which was unbelievable. One important thing I look for is cleanliness and this place passed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DICKEY'S BBQ PIT TO ANYONE, DON'T BELIEVE ALL THOSE NEGATIVE COMMENTS.Food: 5/5
I placed an order today 11/27/2022 for pickup at 1115 am. I arrived about 1130 my order wasn’t ready. The staff was fairly rude and unconcerned about the lateness of my order. I waited about another 10 minutes and finally received my order. My order consisted of 2 lbs of brisket, 1 lb of smoked sausage, 1 lb of chicken breast, and 1 lb of pulled pork. I got my order home and we could tell that all the meat was dry like it was placed in a refrigerator and reheated the next day. I’m pretty good at smoking meat and know once you pull any meat out of the smoker it’s beyond tender and extremely juicy. This wasn’t the case all the meat especially the chicken and pork was dry. The store also tried to mask the dried chicken by pouring bbq sauce on the top. Chicken breast cannot be reheated because of this. I spent well over $100.00 on this order to have my order consist of left overs. This is absolutely ridiculous and should be addressed immediately. Update: thank you for the response but it seems like you responded just to show the community that you are taking action. But the fact is nothing is changing with this franchisee. This particular store is receiving several one star reviews. I’ve reached out to your corporate complaint department and only received the following response, “116515.C.L. ordered the 2 meals for $25 meal, wanted waffle fries i received mac and cheese instead, wanted pork ribs for one of my meats, got sausage instead; plus they didn’t add bbq sauce on one of the meats. food was dry and cold. I tried calling multiple times but no answer. very disappointing
Wasn't so happy with my order .had order my party pack 1day before.so when I went to pick up they didn't had what I ordered.they had sold out the meats I ordered and only had 2 options of meats.who ever was in charge of placing the orders never put the order in.and also not worth for what i paid for .it was for 10-12 guest and it was for like 5 guest..had to go buy more food somewhere else.and I was still missing the biscuits.my pack was 2 kind of meats and 2 sides and the biscuits. Plus I had 2 more sides and ribs wich never got my ribs cause they had sold out ...so what's the point of ordering head of time if they not gana place you're order and not have the meats you order..
