Wow. What an amazing venue in the heart of Fort Worth. Thanks to the Bass family for providing such a phenomenal place. The quality of everything is second to none and rivals the bass hall. There is not a bad seat in the house here! Everything is well planned and easy to navigate and get in and out of during concerts and events. There's a great selection of concessions, from alcohol, snacks to full food. Parking is ample and everyone you could want is within walking distance! Can't wait to see future things here!
The concert hasn’t even started and it’s already in my top venues I’ve been to. Parking is right next door and super easy to cross over from the 3rd floor over to the arena. The inside of the arena is truly first class nice and the sets are comfortable. View from even the upper area is quite good and I look forward to the rest of the day. To add to it, prices for food and snacks aren’t totally asinine like some places I’ve been to. Definitely a happy camper here and the folks that designed this arena and surrounding area deserve all the praise possible.
This place is very nice, clean, and definitely cooler than most places. Every venue I've attended have been incredibly hot. There's plenty of seats for one to seat. Plenty of parking spaces, the indoor has a concession of different foods. I personally wouldn't eat here, a personal pan pizza is 12 for a cheese. If I'm spending that much on pizza, I'll eat at Pizza Hut
Wow, we enjoyed Nile Rodgers Chic band, Duran Duran. I like the structure of Arena, restroom... it was cold during the show. I would bring jackets for next time event. Moreover, they organize for traffic coming, and out going the show. I'm was impressed. After all, we enjoyed and had so much fun.
Great venue! Parking was $25 and it was pretty easy to get in and out. The food options were good, with the basic snacks plus healthy options on the first floor. Drinks options were average. All the team members there were very nice. For sound quality it was good and the size and setup made the venue good from almost any seat. Looking forward to my next event here.
Took the kids to see Disney on Ice. Dickeys Arena was better than I was expecting, especially the parking. When close or next to the arena, there were visible signs directing you to the appropriate parking, which we were able to pay online ahead of time. When approaching the parking structure. There were people who actually paid attention to and knew what they were doing. When leaving, we were close enough to an exit so ot was easy for is to get out with the first crowd of people. The parking was so spread out leaving no traffic for the first group of people. I don't know if it was worse for others. There was roughly a bit under 25% capacity so it may not have been to bad. For a concert, my guess is it would be much more crowded. The show was pretty good. My youngest thought it was amazing. The performers did an incredible job. For souvenirs, they are a bit more expensive than I remember but I expected that to be the case. We paid $40 for a light up bubble wand, for those of you wondering. The alcohol prices were consistent with any other area or stadium bar prices, same with the food. Overall, it was great! I'm sure we'll go back for the same thing or another event if one catches our attention.
Went there for the annual Feast of Sharing. Beautiful and huge arena. This event was held on the back side of the venue. Ample and close parking lots. The Feast was wonderful. Lots of vendors giving away candy, pens and pencils, etc.. Live music and good food. This year they served BBQ Brisket and sausage, potato salad, beans, and roll. Beverages and dessert included. Had bounce houses for the kids, free books for kids, and Santa Clause. Great outing for the family!
Great experience here to see a variety of bands. Seats are padded and comfortable. Bathrooms were mostly clean throughout the night. Parking had one of the smoothest exits of anywhere I can remember, but that may have juat been luck in choosing the end lot 'A'. Definitely would come here again for another event.
Great show, great venue. Very easy to get in and out of for an arena. Food prices are outrageous as always and the stadium seats are narrow and cramped just like every other venue I've ever been to. The one notable negative difference being the built-in cup holders for the seats are about 2 inches deep so any drink set in them is easily knocked over with the lightest of touches.
WOW so much better than the old arena from the last century. We came for a Sunday afternoon 2022 rodeo show so my comments are based on that experience. We bought our tickets from the Ft Worth Stock Show & Rodeo website to ensure we got genuine tickets. One needs to download them to Ticketmaster app on mobile phone as no paper tickets were accepted at gate. With the Stock show and rodeo going on traffic and parking close to arena was a problem. Expect delays or better go very early. We had to park 1.3 miles away for $17. They do allow you to walk through the stock show area as shortcut to arena. We got there 10 minutes after start but only missed opening ceremony. The PA system is very loud like at Globe Life Field Ranger ballpark and didn't bring ear plugs. Much too loud for me. HUGE screen over rodeo area so all seats are good even the nose bleed section. They show all the live action on the big screen and then lots of replays so you won't miss anything. I was worried that sitting at far end of arena and not see much but 1/2 of events were right below us so don't worry too much about that. Men's bathroom clean and well lighted. For the rodeo the announcer explained enough details to help you understand what the cowboys did right and wrong. Free WiFi. Women are limited to size of handbags and no backpacks allowed. Everyone was screened going in like at the airport. I posted photos of signage explaining limits and prohibited items.
