This theater was well taken care of. The theater was clean and there were people ready to come in to clean as soon as we left the theater. The bathrooms were also very clean. All of the staff was very nice. We came from out of town and were unaware that the rest of the mall was locked at night. The theater is in the back of the mall and we had parked in the front. A kind movie theater employee went above and beyond to get us the help we needed to get through the mall to our car. I would definitely recommend this theater but would suggest to park in the back of the mall.
Probably the cheapest movie ticket I’ve ever bought, but for good reason. No air conditioning, several drinks were out on both machines, the volume was really loud, and the theater was old, and the entire mall seems to be dying a slow death. However, we were still able to enjoy the movie.
Employees need some training in customer service and manners. We were standing in line after buying our tickets to get drinks and an employee rudely told us to switch sides of a partition. I guess we were on the wrong side but there was no one behind us nor was it clearly marked. No please, no thank you, nothing. We will return for the simple fact they are currently the only option in town for movies.
It's okay. This poor theater needs an update on something terrible. It's like AMC forgot they're there. It's very musty smelling, and the chairs and spacing are old. I was knees up against the row in front of me, and I'm only 5'5" tall. Sadly, I won't return.
Really nice helpful staff. Very clean environment the hole family had a fantastic experience. We will be back soon as these new awesome movies come out
Seats are uncomfortable in long movies, and sometimes the AC doesn't work so you sit there and suffer because leaving would be a waste of money. Luckily they are the only movie theater in town.
My human likes cheap, this movie theater has the cheapest tickets I've seen. Only costing right under 16 dollars for a none matinee movie for my 2 adult humans and their offspring. Their concession seem a bit cheaper too. The seats dont recline and you don't get chair service like some of the more fancy movie theaters, but who needs all that to enjoy a good movie? Great movie theater with all the nice amenities that you expect from a moviegoing experience. Plenty of concession options to choose from, and lots of movie times that can fit your schedule.
Moved from the Manhattan KS area where AMC theater is much cleaner and newer. It was disappointing to sit through a movie here. Salina folks deserve better instead of living with an outdated, uncomfortable, and poor sound system theater.
