Dickson Athletic Club offers three areas of Cardio Equipment. We offer three types of equipment, Matrix, Cybex, Pro Maxima and Paramount. We also have a complete line of Free Weights that include Smith Machines, Squat Racks, Leg Presses, Dumbbells, kettle bells, workout sled, battle ropes, atlas stones, benches and so much more. DAC is 28,000 sq ft full of equipment! Daycare, hot tubs, saunas, aerobics classes, indoor & outdoor pools. 24 HR section, water aerobics, women's only area, workout rig, rock wall, cardio theater.
