Dr. Dietrich has been our family dentist since we moved to Kingsport 20 years ago! The staff has always been friendly and efficient. Dr. Dietrich has a great manner with his patients and takes the time to discuss issues - you don't feel like he's rushing to the next patient. I highly recommend this dental practice.
I moved to Kingsport 30 years ago. I was lucky to find Dr. Dietrich and have been going to him ever since. Dr. Dietrich and his staff have always been professional and caring. He even made a trip to his office one Saturday afternoon to treat my son after he accidentally broke a tooth. His office provides world class service and is still able to maintain a friendly and caring atmosphere. Definitely a top-notch organization in every respect!

Kathy was very informative about my teeth. She told me things that others have failed to tell me in the past about the condition of my teeth. Also, They are so gentle. I'm not exagerating when I say that I couldve fallen asleep while getting my teeth cleaned. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsale me at all. The Doctor was very friendly. He speaks to his patients as if he's known them for years. He really seems to care about the comfort/care of his patients. I've been telling dentists for years about pains I am having in my jaw/head with no resolve. He went out of his way to get in touch with my insurance company to help resolve the matter. This is my forever dentist from now on. Try them out, you will not be sorry! My husband goes as well!
I am 34 and Dr Detrich has been my dentist since I was a little girl. He is awesome! I went to another dentist once and hands down will only see Dr Detrich from now on!
