I've been diagnosed with UC about 10 years ago, I've seen many GI doctors and Dr. Rah is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. She is very knowledgeable, she listens and addresses all my concerns. I feel she really cares about me. She is very professional and kind. I am extremely happy with her. Thank you so much, Dr. Rah!

Dr. Rah has been incredibly helpful and kind in diagnosing and treating my stomach ulcer. She was extremely friendly from the get go and was flexible with me as far as my busy work schedule. She has always treated me with kindness, and her vast knowledge in her medical specialties is so important. On one occasion she came into her office to treat me on a weekend. Dr. Rah is excellent and thorough. Her expertise helped me get through a very tricky illness that my original doctor failed to address adequately. I am very grateful I went to her. Although she was not in my network, the quality of the care she provided and her thoroughness were well worth it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shahla Rah for more than 10 years. I have found her to be very patient, kind, professional, and thorough. My mother and my sister both had colon cancer so it is important that I have a colonoscopy every year to two years. I also see her whenever my diverticulitis flares up. Most significantly, my disabled adult son with a brain injury is very comfortable with Dr. Rah. She is kind and calms his anxiety about needed medical procedures.

I saw Dr. Rah for a colonoscopy for colon cancer screening. I was very impressed with her knowledge and quality of care. I later on got diagnosed with breast cancer and I instantly thought of her and reached out to her for guidance on further management and referral even though she was not my primary care physician. She referred and guided me to an excellent doctor . I am forever grateful to her for her  kind and caring approach towards a patient as a whole.Truly a concierge style gastroenterologist. I highly recommend her.

I love Dr. Rah because she genuinely cares. I went to her after having other GI doctors ignore my complaints basically brush me off. She took the time to figure out what is wrong with me and find a treatment that works. So many doctors are too concerned about getting in and out of the room without ever seeming to really listen. Dr. Rah is not like that at all. I am so grateful for her kindness and dedication to providing superior care. It has made the biggest difference in my life.

I saw Dr Rah after being referred by my primary Dr. On my first visit she was very nice and listen to my problem and told me what it sounded like it was giving me less to worry about since my father passed away of colon cancer she recommended a colonoscopy I scheduled it, for that appointment she was late I saw her after talking to the nurses and rushed out. I had questions but she didn’t stop by to see me. I had an appointment for removal of hemorrhoids she never explained what she was going to do, her staff was the one who explained how to lay down. Dr Rah just went in and left after she did the treatment I stopped to see the staff for Work note and they told me I needed to come back for another treatment I don’t understand why she couldn’t say that before walking out of the room. I have definitely not been back to her and will not recommend her to anyone I know.  I understand your willingness to defend a co-worker or friend that which you hold in such high esteem but the initial visit was different from the secondary visit and therefore received a different response. The truth is what was given and if you are unhappy with such I suggest you take time to live in the real world instead of suggesting or attempting in my view to discredit my review. Have a wonderful day and grow up.  The secondary paragraph is in response to the response received from the initial entry.

I had a great experience with Dr Rah. Great care and really took time to explain the procedure and follow up care. Excellent Dr! I had a colonoscopy and was really nervous about it but she put me at ease and made me very comfortable and it went really well. I would recommend her to anyone!!
