I recently had the pleasure of working with Gary and Derrick from DTG, and I must say that my experience with them was absolutely fantastic. I purchased two large format printers from them, and from start to finish, they displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service. We purchased our DTG printer through these guys and they are wonderful. The sales team and techs both know the technical side well which is extremely appreciated and rare. Highly recommend!! I stumbled upon DTG at a Graphics Pro Expo - and I am so glad that I did! I am new to the printing industry and felt a little fish out of water on where to start and what to create. They provided amazing ideas and training in the classroom, and was very prompt on following up with me for quoting on the products I was interested in adding to my business. We added the Epson 2100 DTG Printer and can't wait to start printing. The installer spent quality time with me, making sure I had an understanding before leaving AND not only taught me tons about my new printer, but ultimately gave me guidance on my other new equipment, that was purchased from a different vendor. Talk about going above and beyond! I definitely feel the care from their team to help you succeed and give you the tools, advice and more to help you get there!
Absolutely love my Epson printer as well as the support of the staff at DTG. They are very knowledgeable and will not steer you wrong in your colors and media depending on the printing technology you use. It's really nice that they are just a phonecall away for anything and I am blessed that they are right here in my backyard Tampa, FL. If you're ever in the area, be sure to check out their showroom - an EPSON CERTIFIED SOLUTION CENTER; these folks have one of everything!
I purchased an HP Latex 365, Graphtec FC9000, and Royal Sovereign Laminator from Lindsay at DTG. I decided to go with her and DTG because of the professional low pressure experience. They actually invited me into the show room and showed me what they thought would work best for my needs. Then, Matt came out and installed the equipment. Matt was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the products. He did not just install the printer and cutter. He spent the entire day at my shop and trained me on the equipment as well. The Laminator came in after the printer and cutter, so Matt came back for an install and training on a sperate day. Lindsay and Matt made the entire process flawless for me and my company. I would suggest this company over every other for one simple reason... Not only do they want to make the sale, they want to make sure you understand how to use the equipment, and that you are successful.
I am very happy with my purchase of the Epson F570. Great Printer with many varieties of products that I can sell in my company. I had full support from the day of purchase to the day of installation they taught me how to use the printer. All of them very friendly and helpful.
One of the things I enjoy when working with DTG is the knowledge of the people there. My account manager is very resourceful and keeps me updated on the latest technology for our business. Their website is easy to use and has a lot of information on it, but what I really love is the reward points I earn with every order. The one issue I have is every time I go to their learning center and Epson Solution Center I seem to find more things to purchase for my business. I guess that is not so bad!
Purchased my printer from here and was given amazing help and support as always! When speaking with the rep she advised I might want to get the extras ink, paper, maintenance tank while I was at it so I’d have it . I ended up just grabbing the printer, and here I am ordering those things just because actually I’d rather have it as she said just to be on the safe side. I ordered Friday afternoon and received my order this morning Sunday! Super pleased with this business and will definitely be back for my printing needs! Thank you guys for being amazing!!!
We purchased a printer and cutter from DTG and couldn't be happier. Matt is really awesome and will do any and everything in his power to ensure you have a seamless training experience. There was an issue with the Summa cutter communicating with our computer and Matt didn't rest until it was rectified. It turned out to be a tiny fix in the end. Production has already tremendously increased, it's unbelievable, the benefits of good equipment! As long as Matt is head of tech support we will always be loyal customers.
