Dillard Pool Service

Never never never call these people. They do not show for appointments. They sold us a rebuilt motor as “new”. Did not install new seals that were bought. Reinstalled the old seals incorrectly. When called to fix the problems, Deangelo gave excuses that he was busy. Yes. He was busy working a higher priced project for 3 days while my pool turned green.

Bought a house with a pool, closed for the winter. Called this company that had worked on the pool before on 5/17. Couldn't get an appointment to open pool until 5/25, before Memorial day. That day came, no call to confirm. I took a day off work and called them at noon. "Oh, we're sorry, but I don't see a ticket for you here. I can't get in touch with our crew and I don't know where they are......." If you make an appointment......keep it. It's not difficult. Use someone else.

Awful. Made an appointment to have my pool opened. Waited all day but nobody came and nobody called. The appointment was for a Friday. No word even by the end of the day Monday, so I called and left a message. They never returned that call either. Go literally anywhere else instead.

Excellent service. Greta and Buddy are extremely nice and helpful. Jeremy came to service my pool and he was also extremely nice and efficient. Highly recommend them.

We have been using them for 6 years and they are always helpful and their pricing is fair.

I called this company for my pool and received great service. Price very affordable.
