I haven’t been to a Dillards in probably 8-9 years and forgot about the high quality of clothing they sell. We purchased some clothes for our children there this past week. Customer service was great as well.

I was not please with the Dillard’s in Clarksville Tennessee I went to buy a name brand hand bag that was marked down I took it to the counter to pay for it and the sales representative rung it up then she said this is not right and I witness her take off the mark down tag and she recalculated the balance and it’s a totally different price so I ask her why are you given me a different price so I asked to speak to the manager she calls the store manager ask ask me do you want to go to him or you want him to come to the counter all the while rolling her eyes at me the mangers come i explain then he ask the store representative where is the receipt not all of a sudden she can’t find the receipt and not the manager tell me if the handbag is this original price the percentage would equal this certain price now I’m getting mad because I know how to do math then to add insult to injury he say “ by know mean am I saying you did it but someone before me much have placed a fake clearance on the hang bag so for reason I will never shop  at the Dillard store in the governor square mall ever again

This review is for Danny in handbag department. Danny was so kind and patient with me I’m from Georgia and I didn’t bring a handbag. She had a outgoing personality she didn’t rush me in making a decision she continued to wait on other patrons and came back to check on me when she was finished with other guests, it’s a pleasure to still have nice patient employees because Covid changed the world and a lot of people. Please let this young lady know I really appreciated her help, she went above and beyond. Thanks Dillard for having an amazing employee.

They carry cloths I like and they fit. Some you will pay more for but, that is quality you are buying. 3 shirts 1 pair of shorts 225 and I didn't blink it was a bargain. I bought ones I liked there were some much higher and same with shirts. If you like nice cloths and cologne it's a place to give a look.

Experience was similar to the reviews of other patrons, specifically poor customer service. Sarcasm and a lot of overt behaviors displayed by staff.  Dillards clothing isn't up to date with most high end retail stores. Luxury is subjective.

I'm not a shopper. Usually loathe buying clothes for myself plus it was my first time in Dillard's. Yesterday turned out to be the single most enjoyable shopping experience I've ever had and that was because of Leah in the men's clothing department. She was courteous and very very knowledgeable in regards to men's clothing. I was looking to buy one shirt initially and walked out with several pieces of clothing and couldn't of been more pleased as to what she suggested for me. Saying she went above and beyond would be a huge understatement. I'm definitely a Dillard's customer going forward and that's mainly due to the superb customer experience I received. Thank you Leah.

I went shopping for a bathing suit and Morgan, in the ladies department, helped me and I’m pretty sure that was the best customer service I’ve ever had at any store I’ve ever shopped in. She checked with me and got me a couple of different sizes. It was such a nice experience. She should train everyone how to help customers!! Morgan was excellent!!!

The customer service experience was awesome!!!! The sales person was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come again.

Had a great experience being properly fitted for bras in the soft lines, lingerie dept

I believe dillards needs to highly consider carrying more plus size formal dresses….didn’t plan on my shopping experience to result in a mental breakdown because I couldn’t find a dress in my size that didn’t look like all the other dresses that actually are flattering. Even the workers looked at me as if I was too good to shop in the store and was laughing when I said I was looking for a formal gown to wear to a military ball. Not being in a formal dress since 2019 and for this to be my first dress experience since that time confirmed that dress shopping for me is an aweful experience.
