9/23/23-I would give them negative stars if I could they make disabled people run all over the store to try and use the restroom. Some people like myself that don't have a gall bladder can't play those games. Their current practice of bathroom management is a form of discrimination against people with disabilities and they should be reported for ADA violations. Please boycott this location until they change their bathroom practices.
Good customer service. Lack of options honestly. The fashion section both for men and women smells like old damp clothes. I don't know why but that's what we experienced. Prices were decent, customer service was great. Just the floor itself doesn't seem like it's been serviced or cleaned in a long time.
My experience was great, I found the shoes I was looking for thanks to the help and diligent support of Jessica. I was a little hesitant about going into this store, but it proved to be a good shopping experience.
A very nice collection of "70's" style clothes. I guess that is what's in style right now. A bit pricy though. Clean, spacious areas.
I went to the counter to pay for the shoes that Dillard's advertised for 40 percent off. But the clerk told me that the shoe's wasn't 40 percent off. So I asked the store to honor the sale and each manager refused. Make long story short. I called their corporate and they told the manager that they have to follow rules and I got the shoes for 40 percent off.
I love walking through here it always give me high hopes that I will be able to shop there one day and I will!!
It was really nice and there was lots of food and the stores were fairly sized and it was fun
Cosmetic person seemed like she didn't want to bother with my request for Teal eye pencil.
Was having the worst time trying to find a bra! Kaitlyn in the women's section helped me get fitted and find exactly what I was looking for! I took up quite a bit of her time and she was curtious patient and very knowledgeable! That girl should get a raise!
Worst customer service this african girl was rude to me today,I was trying to pay my bill and she took my money assuming it was all for my payment and she did not ask me how much I wanted to pay she just took my money and gave me no change, and she even told me I was making a bid deal out of it! She got angry because she got to call her manager and void it t's not my fault that she don't know how to do her job! Nor the manager or the rude employee apologized! Next time I go to pay my bill I will avoid her!!!!
