I was in the market for new business attire for work. My first stop was the shoe department and the gentleman there Dan was most helpful. He was patient and gave his opinion, which helped tremendously. My next stop was woman's clothing and the sales associate was very kind. She was busy but also made sure that I was tended to. It was definitely a pleasant shopping experience.

Womens formal attire staff- utter disappointment and rude. I purchased a formal gown for my daughters wedding in May and literally 4 days later the dress was marked down 40% off. Never worn, tags still on the gown- yet the staff would not do the price match. I suggested I return and and re-purchase. She said no they do not do it that way. The sales lady was a complete snob- said to return it and come back everyday until they mark down and put back into the rack. Like seriously? No thanks- I purchased on line from Macy's the exact same dress and the company matched the sale price at Dillards- They will be the next one to go under unless they change their way. Kudos to Macy's who apparently still wants to keep their client base.

Thanks for the Big and Tall Men's inventory. Murano, Hugo Boss, and Tommy Bahama are great brands for shirts, especially when you carry 3XL.

Sum employees were extremely rude looking dwn on me cuz I asked for 2 samples of cologne I'm not dropping $if the person isn't gna like it I'm on a limited budget at the moment do 2 me losing my dady and losing my job for getting injured I haven't been out in public since that so I was upset and probably won't come back people dnt need to b nasty 2 others trust b4 I got injured I can guarantee I was making more money than that rude lady

Dillard's has size 9 women's UGGs! I called them, located the boots I hoped for, and had a great shopping experience there. I was impressed by the shoe dept @ Dillard's. You will be, too. Debbie Cady

Had a wedding to attend and no suit to wear to it and it had been decades since I shopped for a suit. Because I was dreading it I procrastinated  til about a week before the wedding. I went to a couple other places first and was very disappointed with sizes and styles available and prices. I was beginning  to think I’d be wearing Jeans to this wedding So when I tried Dillard’s I was expecting to be disappointed. I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the moment we walked in Chuck took us under his wing and gave us advice and answered all our questions. Got me fitted for a suit even though it was closing time and had me in my new suit ready to go in time for the wedding. He was so nice and helpful. Greatly appreciated all his help and expertise

I went for high heels and lipstick. They had a good selection of both. Service was good and reasonably priced.

We found exactly what we were looking for.  It's disappointing that there are not any stores closer. It would be helpful when they don't have what I want in my size.

I enjoyed my time there. I was shopping along with my sister to pick out the perfect dress for her to attend a formal garden wedding. After searching through several Omaha dress shops with no luck.  I walked into Dillard's and pulled the  most beautiful dress off the rack. There's lot of pastel colors. Sexy fabric and style that dropped her body in the most beautiful way.  The key to finding the perfect dress for you ladies at Dillard's is to pick out the dress without looking at the price tag, focus on the fit of the dress . Lol while  waiting on her to change dresses, I was asked by a customer  to help select a dress for a special occasion.  Stylists for the day, why not.  I have to add that this is not the first time, but  many times, we look all over town for a formal occasion dress for her and always seem to find it at Dillard's

Spent a couple hours today shopping @Dillards for an outfit to wear for my bridal shower. Found a few great choices and the staff overall were very helpful. The store was clean and nicely stocked. One lady in particular was amazing. Rosebud went ABOVE and BEYoND to help me today and did it with a genuine smile. She was incredibly kind and attentive. I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful she is. Very rarely do I encounter someone with such a kind heart who is truly genuine... she embodies everything customer service should be. I'd give her 10 stars if i could. :
