Every time I go into Dillard's it never fails, I always see an outfit I have to have! Well this review is for a particular employee, Krystal Reed! She works in the Women's section of Vince Camuto and me and my girlfriend were shopping for her a dress to wear to my grandmother's funeral. Not only was she extremely helpful but also very empathetic to our situation! Her customer service was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced from a Dillard's employee! I really hope someone in upper management sees this because they need to know the asset they have in Ms. Krystal! Thank you again for everything you did for us I truly appreciate you! Dilliard’s continues to specialize in style. Style may not be cheap, but if you are willing to spend a little more to be dressed impeccably, then this is the place to go. While on a work assignment, O dropped in to look around and there was so much to choose from to add to my wardrobe. The staff was busy ensuring g that the store was inspection ready but at the same time, they were willing to greet every guest. My money goes where I am treated well and the next time I am in Little Rock, I will be back.
The Dillard's here in LR is pretty nice. They keep different stuff moving in and out, always have something on sale for you and have several very long time employees which helps in my opinion. The guys in the Polo section are especially helpful.
I don't shop at Dillard's very often but this was the best experience I have ever had. It was my first time at this particular Dillard's in Park Plaza mall in Little Rock. The staff was excellent and approached me quickly to see if I needed anything. The lady that helped me with dress shoes i missed her name was awesome. Also Maria helped me in ladies clothing and was awesome as well. They were busy but took time for me, were kind and helpful. I can say that I haven't always gotten such nice service at other Dillard's.
My wife loves to buy shoes here. I carry the bags. Parking lot was not that full for Christmas season. I do like that they allow the Salvation Army bell ringers with kettles camp out at the doors. Just reminds me this is the giving season. Employees are usually nice. I know they have to be tired, this time of the year.
Employees always seem to be occupied talking about othersemployees or last nights escapes then to help guests out. Harley at Jo Malone is the only reason they are even getting 3 stars. Super helpful and should be promoted
Nice salesman. Lots of merchandise but a little pricey for me. Even the sale items. While their flagship store is admittedly stuck in a mall plagued with financial issues, I expected a little more inside and it lacks from both a merchandise and a visual perspective.
Entire store smelled like very strong perfume. Not sure if someone dropped a bottle or what. Damn near gagged from the smell just walking in.
Dillard's always has a great selection of everything, one of the few places left to find trendy and cute children's clothing and lovely home goods. Beautiful and clean store.
The staff is always knowledgeable and ready to assist with any needs or questions! I went there yesterday and the customer service was excellent like always
