I’m very pleased I chose this location to store my items. I reserved a smaller unit thinking that should be enough room for my contents. Upon transferring everything to the storage unit, I realized I’m going to need a larger unit. I had reserved a truck from the storage facility to use to pick up some last remaining units for the next day. When I went in the next morning, I spoke with Kelly to see if there was a storage unit one size large available, there wasn’t but she said that they become available at a moments notice. I requested for her to let me know if one becomes available. I was literally right down the road returning the truck later that day when she called me to let me know a unit just became available. I let her know that I would be there momentarily. Upon returning, Kelly showed me the unit and it was ready to be moved into. I was able to move the contents from the truck into the newer unit and the contents I stored the day before. Kelly has been more than accommodating and made my experience obtaining a storage unit very pleasant. She really helped to simplify my moving experience. Thank You ~ Scott
Great management, good service and nice and clean storage units. Moving my items in was super easy and they even provided me with a free moving truck to use and closing out my storage account was even easier!
Immensely helpful! We were doing a big cross country move and their supplies came in clutch. Shout-out to the man behind the counter with the mid-length hair! Deserves a raise, promotion, a bonus, and whatever positive things y’all can throw at him!

This storage complex is very well-run and clean. Front desk personnel, especially Chris, are knowledgeable and very helpful. Flexible terms for rental were a plus. Our belongings always felt safe and secure with coded entry and personal locks on the doors of the unit. Alarms would sound if you opened your unit but didn't check in with the gate code. They also have U-Haul rentals on site. Very highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Dillon Road Storage - I’d recommend them to my friends and family anytime. We needed storage unit before moving into a house and the free move-in truck and uhaul options made it super easy to move in and out. Thanks all!

I have used other storage facilities before, but this is the BEST experience I've ever had by far. From the friendly front desk people to the clean, spacious, and easily accessible unit to the rental of a U-Haul truck for a day, the experience was outstanding. The best part was that there were never crowds of people near my storage unit. I was usually the only one there and NEVER had to wait for carts, etc. I highly recommend this storage facility. They are fantastic.
Nice staff working the front desk. Came in for a uhaul reservation and they helped out, very courteous. Only gave 4 stars because the parking lot was so small it was full so I had to leave the rental in the driveway
Rip-off on boxes! I bought a whole bunch of boxes, and the lady who sold them to me said if you don't use them, you can return them wirh the receipt. So, I showed up with my leftover boxes unused and with the receipt in hand and then I was told by some guy kid "oh, I'm sorry, we can't refund those because it's more than 30 days." She/main lady didn't say there was a 30 day limit. That return rule is not listed on the invoice, not posted anywhere in their store office front and is not posted anywhere on their website. So, this is an improper and fraudulent business practice. Beware and buy boxes elsewhere!
