I've been a customer of Dillon's Jewelers for many, many years, and it is the best place ever to purchase any jewelry. I lived in Michigan for 23 years, and moved out of State 16 years ago, and I still, to this day, continue to purchase from them. I call them, tell them what I'm looking for, and they always have what I want. If they don't have it, they find it for me. The staff is great, and the owners are wonderful. To those that say they're rude, have you ever stepped back and took a good look at yourselves? Might be that you're the one with the rudeness and attitude problem. Did you bother to look good at the jewelry you purchased, or looked at repairs they did? If not, then that's your fault, not theirs. They are good, honest people, and would NEVER do anything to have an unhappy customer. My hats off to Dillon's Jewelers!! Keep up the great job!!
Best jewelry experience ever. I have purchased from here a few times and every time I come here they always out do themselves. They are always super accommodating, they take time to explain everything to me since I’m a jewelry novice, they always go out of the way to help and make me the best deal possible. I will continue to do business here. You guys have earned a life time customer!
Best Jewelry Store in the State. Awesome no pressure atmosphere.. Sales staff is friendly and helpful. You'll get a free education on jewelry and you'll feel like an educated buyer. You WILL NOT beat the prices and quality. I have purchased several things over the years. I have had major repairs done on high end merchandise and you cannot find a more trustworthy place. From the owners family to the sales and repair staff, you'll feel like like a friend the first time through the door. I took my daughters for ear piercing and the owners gave them a Jewelry 101 class that the girls loved. They both left wanting to work there in the future. I brought my friend there, who flew in from out of state for an engagement ring. Even with the cost of the flight, he saved money on the diamond. Dillon's jewelers will make your jewelry experience a breeze. Highly recommend!! Veteran freindly! Proud USA business! “Making America great again”
I love this place. I got my very unique and original engagement ring and then my wedding band and also my anniversary ring with Gary. Great prices, great service. My husband bought a diamond and amethyst ring from Dillons more than 20 years ago. I wear it every day and I never take it off. Great quality and a huge selection. I have bought jewelry, pocket watches, had clocks repaired and so much more From Dillons.. By far the best jewelry store around. We wouldn't g go anywhere else!
This place is INCREDIBLE! I walked in at 10am when they opened and there were about 8 people ahead of me. They got us all in and out within 15 minutes and took care of me! They replaced my watch battery within a few minutes and explained to me why they couldn’t replace a pin in a watch band! They ordered the part and they even cleaned my wedding ring and band! I’m obsessed with this place! Totally recommend! And the jewelry here is so beautiful
They are very friendly and helpful. They actually make jewelry and do repairs on-site while you wait! They are reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. This was my first visit. I will definitely be back, especially because I prefer to support local businesses over large chain stores
I gladly took my business to Kay and bought the piece I was looking for same day after the rude phone call my fiancé had with Josh where he scoffed when she asked a question about the pricing because they threw away the notes on a piece we had previously talked about a month ago and they then tried to put us in a piece for nearly double the price. I feel I was prejudged, and wasn’t taken seriously because of the fact that I’m young, you do not know how deep my pockets are and would’ve been open to buying the more expensive piece had you had a better tone. Not very polite, and not very professional. I would normally support local businesses over large company’s but Josh’s attitude persuaded me to do otherwise. I do not recommend going here.
This place is amazing! I first thought that a small shop would be more expensive than a chain jewelry stores such as Kay or Zales , but that is definitely NOT true. Dillons prices were A1! Their engagement and wedding rings were beautiful, sparakley, and completely affordable. I received the wedding ring of my dreams from this lovely place! They also were thrilled when my husband asked if he could get a pink stone instead of a diamond since my favorite color is pink. Not a lot of stores would have done this, especially with it still being affordable. So, in all, GO HERE! Check this place out! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and if they do not have something you love, talk to them about it and see if it is something they can get in! Do not let the small, not chain jewelry store fool you - you will not be disappointed <3
We took an antique clock in for repair, including the original 80 year old solid brass winding key. Dillon's fixed the clock and offered us a new key. We said ours was included in the clock casing when we brought it in. They claimed to have never received it, which isn't true. They either lost it or kept it and offered us a cheap replacement. Very, very dissatisfied! We will never go back and will be sure to tell all our friends and family about our experience. Very poor service!
