Their customer service wasn't too pleasing. The gentleman who found my packages was pretty sweet, he greeted me accordingly. However, the female who was working with him didn't do a great job of greeting me. This was my first time here! I found it disturbing when the white male walked in, she greeted him with, "hey what's up?" I'd been standing there for a good 3 minutes with no word from her. Business Owners/employees don't seem to understand, when you're running a business excellent customer service towards your customers is extremely important! If I could move my mailbox to another facility I would. I don't recommend obtaining a mailbox here, especially NOT if you're of the other color. It's so sad we still live in a black and white world. A hello how are you, and or a friendly smile costs nothing. Spreading love is free! Update, 7/11/23 thank you for your response! I gave credit to the service of the gentleman who assisted me in my previous review. There is no way you didn't see me standing there when I was standing directly beside the gentleman who spoke to you. You seen me come in the store. I stand firm on my review and experience! It was NOT a pleasant experience. Even if he called your name and you replied, I was still standing there patiently waiting for the gentleman to retrieve my package. Put yourself in my shoes as a customer! Not to mention this was my first time coming into your facility. Not once did you ever acknowledge my presence, not even with a smile! My review is my experience which I'm entitled to share and I stand firm on it. You're right I spoke of someone I don't know but I also have a review on my experience on my first visit. Accountability for your poor customer service along with an apology would of been a better solution. Not a defensive response to justify IN MY opinion the poor customer service received. I had not read all the other reviews until now! Apparently, poor customer service occurs more frequently than you'd like to admit. If you're going to reference a video, please include all facts and it will clearly show you did not acknowledge me. Let's be clear it was only you and the gentleman who retrieved my package up front at the time of my entering the building. As Google begins to see the history of your company's reviews they will clearly see it's not just me with this same complaint. Accept the error and learn from the mistake. Have a blessed remainder of the week, I wish you much continued success. Update 9/2/23 My last few visits were terrific but I arrived today and they were not open due to the upcoming holiday. I checked Google before coming and it showed open. Please remember to update your business hours on Google. Myself and others were pretty frustrated after reading the sign on the door. For me was a 30 minute drive and gas wasted. Not to mention I don't have any clothes for work next week because my package is inside. Today was my only availability to come by.
I had a wonderful experience using Dilworth Packing. Debbie and her team moved a crystal chandelier from a shop in Charlotte to my home in Richmond. They packed everything very securely and had great communication.

If you know anything about couriering or shipping art, you know how nerve wracking it can be to send off your precious pieces you have spent days/weeks/months working on. I use Dilworth Packing to courier my art from Raleigh to Charleston, to/from Charlotte and Tennessee. Debbie is so great to work with. She always lets me know when she is in town and charges a very fair rate. I feel good knowing my art is in good hands!
Worst shipping experience ever!! Should have used USPS!!!! Package was never delivered and can't tracked because Fed Ex tracking tells me the package was never picked up. When I called 2 times to check on what the issues was, I was given the run around from both store employee , La Donnathat checked package in for shipping and the owner, Debbie. I was told everything from Package never left the store to it may have slid under the drivers seat or be lost in the Fed Ex truck!?!?!?! No concern what so ever. Was notified that due to Christmas Volume, packages are not scanned. This was not told to me when I sent package. Very disappointed that a very special gift was trusted to this company to ship and it was never received and now it cannot even be found nor was a refund offered.
Excellent customer service and just a great group of ladies. Always friendly when I pickup mail and have solutions when I need to ship something.
Dishonest company. My wife and I scheduled Fieldprint appointments to complete our adoption paperwork. Dilworth Packing canceled our appointments while we were pulling into the parking lot!!! The first time I went inside to check on our appointment, the woman behind the counter said that FieldPrint was “down”. But as I’m walking out, FieldPrint customer service called to let us know that Dilworth Packing claimed they were “Closed for Presidents Day.” When I went back inside to let them know about the miscommunication, the woman barely looked up and said “Oh… we’re open. We’re just not doing FieldPrint today.”
Amazing company with above and beyond customer service. Debbie was extremely helpful getting an oversized painting to it's destination - offering service I would not have ever considered. I would give them 6 stars if I could!
If you finger printing checkout Dilworth Packing Co. Easy parking, super clean store, very friendly staff and out in less than 10 minutes!!!! They also have Notary Services. #SupportLocalBusiness!!!
