Everything! Months after i purchased my beautiful table & chairs nail polish remover got on the table. I reported it too late to the warranty company they WOULD NOT help me. Tom Hogan tried to help me with them to no avail. Tom kept in touch with me and he picked up my table and repaired it himself in a very timely fashion and delivered with a smile. NO Charge!Thank-you thank-you
Purchasing the chairs was a breeze. Getting them is the nightmare. On the day that we purchased the chairs we were told by the salesperson that it would take minimum 4 weeks but definitely not more than 8 weeks. Well, here I am 11 weeks later and no chairs in sight. My warning to you is, plan accordingly. I will now have no chairs at my island for the upcoming new years day party.
FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We purchased our first dining set from Rochester Dining over 20 years ago and just donated it to a needy family. We recently purchased a new dining set but unfortunately we had some concerns about the finish on the table. My wife and I want to personally thank Mr Tom Hogan of Rochester Dining Center for going above and beyond what most companies would call "customer service". Over the last few months, Tom has traveled to our home on 3 occasions to try to refinish the surface to our satisfaction. He told us if we weren't satisfied, we would look at other options. I don't know of too many companies that provide service of this quality after the sell!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for quality dining room furniture. THANKS Tom!!!!!
I ordered a table and 6 chairs July 22, 2018. Delivery was supposed to take 8 to 10 weeks. November 2 and we are still waiting, 14 weeks later. There has been no communication generated by anyone there. When I call to inquire about the status it takes up to 48 house to respond. I will never purchase anything here again. Very disappointed in the lack of care from the staff. They have an attitude of you will get it when you get it.

We were looking for a specific size to fit our dining room and our salesperson did a great job of showing us options in our budget to choose from. They have a large selection in every price point and the salesperson was not pushy. The salesperson made our shopping experience very enjoyable.
We love the kitchen chairs but the order took much longer than than expected. For the amount of money we spent it would have been nice to have our chairs on time.
I ordered a table it took longer than expected to come in. When it was delivered it was cracked, I was allowed to keep the table and a new one was to be delivered in three weeks it has been 4 months and I still have a cracked table. I’ve made multiple phone calls to try to track down when the table would arrive and been promised return phone calls that never come. Horrible customer service and horrible product.
My mother ordered a dining set on September 5th. She was told it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. It is December 23 and she's still waiting. Upon reading other reviews, on time delivery of the items they sell seems to be a recurring problem for this store.
They are the absolute best! Very knowledgable staff. Real nice quality products and the pricing is great. It is real nice to still be able to get nice quality dining furniture and real nice local people!
