I've been coming here as long as I can remember. We celebrated birthdays and sports victories here growing up. Service is always on point and the family is awesome. My god baby is a huuuuge fan of the pesto Alfredo chicken pasta. Also pictured is the tamales with chilli on top. Fun family friendly vibes at Dinos.Food: 5/5

I’ve been going to Dino’s for almost 50 years and it is so nice nice to go somewhere that stays the same and is consistent. They were a little short staffed but when things got going it was perfect! Our server was super sweet and efficient. The food was great as usual. We now live north of the city but this place will always be on our list.

My wife and I dined at Dino's a few times and enjoyed everything about it. The food, atmosphere, service and prices are great. Ate there last night again and ordered the veal parm with ravioli and the Italian salad. The salad was very good. What I've found after ordering different entrees each visit is that the sauce can overpower the plate. It's good, but I should order half sauce. I'm looking forward to going back and trying their pizza. Parking: Easy on-street parking with a bike-lane buffer. Never a problem. Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly. Our kids are adults but small kids should find it comfortable and the memorabilia interesting. If ours were small we'd have no concerns about bringing them.
We had friends recommend this place. We called to place a to go order and the lady answering the phone got an attitude and acted like she had an issue taking a togo order sighing and huffing when I asked if I could place a to go order before she said yea I guess what do u want Needless to say not a great first impression and we did not proceed with our order.
I love that place but I had spaghetti and meatballs yesterday and it was amazing. I had the chicken parm today couldn't even cut the chicken. Way overcooked. I still recommend this place. Not sure who was cooking today but they need to be retrained
The best tiramisu in Memphis! Old-school diner with the coziest, homey atmosphere and friendly service. The food is classic Italian-American in the South. Think Texas toast garlic bread and an uncanny prevalence of white American cheese. But that’s part of the allure of Dino’s—where else will you find this alongside homemade chicken and spinach ravioli and homemade tiramisu? Favorites include the stuffed shells and ravioli including toasted, muffuletta, and meat-and-three plate lunches. Memphis-style hot tamales and the three-way tamales plate. They offer bottled beer but bring your own wine—no corkage fee. Hopefully they bring back breakfast soon!
This place is phenomenal. Best lil whole in the wall, unknown gem in the city! Everything we had was made from scratch old school Italian recipes. Even the home made Italian dressing with chunky whole minced garlic celery onions and olives made my day! The garlic butter sauce lacked a bit of pizazz but our wonderful server John helped me out with some parmesan pesto sauce that did the trick. The chix parm was a full filet of chic battered with the family sauce recipe. The chix alfredo classic delicious. John's knowledge of the history of the diner and the food was second to none. He attended our every need and made our experience exceptional. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience while out dining with my family.
Amazing food, I loved this restaurant! The server was friendly, and the wait was fast. The salad was very good, as was the stuffed pasta! I later tried the muffalatta, delicious! If you want good food at a good price, you now know where to get it.
