Dion Generator is a great company. The administrative staff is excellent and very organized. Mike Dion runs a tight ship, stands behind his work and has been available to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Dion Generators for a new installation and service.
Dion Generators especially Mike have always been so attentive and responsive even during the holidays. Taking the time to come to my mothers house at 8pm when she was without electricity. We really appreciated it and will recommend them to anyone! Thank you.
** Please note that the owner, Mike Dion, filed an online review of my company as retaliation for my honest review of his company. Mike Dion has never been a customer of ours, and it just goes to show what kind of person you end up dealing with. Buyer beware. I have already filed complaints with all his suppliers and put them on notice with the type of person they have representing their brand. Please DO NOT waste your time and money with this company. Completely unreliable. The office staff is great, but unfortunately the leadership is weak and unprofessional. Do not make the same mistake I made by hiring them.
Mike Dion came out and reset and restarted our Generator when IAN knocked out our power, as soon as we were able to contact him through the very helpful office. Great service!
Dion Generators was truly a God sent company. I have a 45 year old brother who has ALS and unfortunately rushed to the hospital for a tracheostomy. Florida weather is so unpredictable and he now depends on life support thru his ventilator which cannot depend on our own home electricity. I called Dion Generators and in about 10 days total had the entire job completed and in a very clean and professional way. I run two dental offices and I understand how important customer satisfaction is to the success of a business. Clearly, this business is doing it right. Thank you!!!!! You truly have been God sent to us.
I was very happy with Dion. The permit process went a little slower than expected but after that everything was very smooth, they were very professional and delivered everything that promised. The technicians they send to the house to do the work are extremely attentive and careful with their work. Their price was better than any of the other companies I compared with. Would recommend them.
Dion Generators is a family run company that treats its customers like family! Not only to they do incredible installs, more importantly, it's their after install service that is.the best!! My mom lives way out in suburban Dade and Mike and his team have been amazing in maintaining and servicing the equipment and has attending to any issues that may come up in a prompt and efficient manner! That peace of mind in priceless for me! If you are thinking of installing a backup generator system in your home, Dion is the way to go!
I already have the generator for several years, every week it turns on to be tested, but two days ago there was a storm and the power went out and then for the first time I was able to test the generator, Perfect, we had electricity in the whole house, it was worth it. I recommend this company, the owner Mike always answers any call from me, they are very nice and professional. Number one* I recommend them.
I had an overall excellent experience with Dion despite their facing great obstacles with the City of Coral Gables, whose rules regarding generators appear to be in continual revision. Dion had to devote many unpaid hours dealing with different inspectors' requirements. The end product is excellent. My only criticism is that communication regarding the location of the unit was not clear and required some back and forth until I was apprised of the actual location. No doubt some of this was due the vagaries of the city process which is looking out for resident safety. I would recommend Dion including members of the Dion family and the office staff.
