Dior - Vancouver Hotel

I went shopping with my hubby and daughter. The boutique ambiance was very welcoming and professional. Shirley showed us the handbags and sunglasses that matched our preferences with patience and introduced each product in details. She helped me find the perfect handbag and sunglasses. She shipped all purchases and I received them exactly on the arrange date. I loved my experience in this store. Even my little one felt comfortable and I could shop with an ease of mind.

Dior at Hotel Vancouver is one of my absolute favorite boutiques. Their team of professionals are very hospitable, friendly and gracious, they never fail to make you feel welcome at the store! I shop here each season when new collections come in… Daniel, Dickson, Justin and the team help me scout hard to find pieces. I highly recommend the Hotel Vancouver boutique for the best luxury Dior experience in the city.

Manbi is very professional and helpful. Even though we just went to get some fashion jewelry this time, nothing fancy, she patiently helped us try on and sanitize about 10 earrings. What a great experience, thank you Manbi.

Been searching for some B23 high tops - black on black. To my surprise they had stock, however not my size. I respectfully asked if there were any other Dior stores in Vancouver …. Response was no sir , I asked if they could check for my size from supplier or other Provence in Canada - This wasn’t actioned. That night I found Annie at Holt Renfrew CD - amazing service and they had my size. Avoid the CD Fairmont

Very exception service. I want to say Thank you again to Bruno. Bruno helped us out and it was very impressive and helpful service. Because of this experience, I am now a big fan of Dior our whole family. You should look for Bruno when you go to Dior Boutique:Amazing place.

No one acknowledges you and when I went to the men section I was hoping someone could help me but no one did instead there was one associate and one security guard nearby but doesn’t say anything. No basic etiquette and one associate followed me after a couple minutes and again doesn’t acknowledge us. Dear Dior, please train your associates and stop judging people for how they dress. I went to LV and GUCCI GREAT and AMAZING customer service and it is all in Fairmont. So it clearly shows that Dior has bad customer service and I ended up buying from LV and GUCCI. I would never shop at Dior ever again! The brand went downhill for sure.

The 1 star is for the products only. Customer service is Foot Locker Robson tier. Should hire me instead to be completely honest.

The rumors are true. The Dior boutique experience is really something else. As a first time customer, it was really impressive. I bought from other fashion houses as well, but this is really top notch. Thank you, Shirley for helping me with my first Dior purchase. Because of that experience, I am now a Dior fan.

I’ve got my medium Bobby here and I love the service they have. I was debating what colour I’m getting because I just love them all the lady with long hair showed me the options patiently and kindly provided recommendations to help me make decisions which I definitely needed. The store is tidy and luxury and staffs all look professional. I’m glad I got my dior here and will soon be back for my next one!

I work at club Monaco as a salesperson. I treat EVERYONE respectfully, whether they are in the store to buy something or NOT. I get paid minimum wage and no commission. But that’s not the case in most luxury brands but Dior really disappointed me because it’s my favourite. The lady who helped was totally nice and greeted me and my friends but as soon as she asked who I’m shopping for and I said I’m working on a project for fashion school, her attitude changed; why are people working in luxury brands when they have no respect for others?? They get paid more than someone like me, yet their service is terrible. From someone who works in fashion industry and is a student I am so disappointed. I feel disrespected because I treat my costumers ten times better and get paid half the amount they do.
