Calling for 3 days straight to reschedule an appt with a provider you can only reschedule with the clinic and no answer. Not even the appt scheduling line could get ahold of the clinic. They said they have only had one answer in the YEAR they’ve been working. I have COVID, so walking into the clinic isn’t an option. Please answer your phones. It’s annoying

I can't recommend this place to anybody. I walked in one day for sick call, because I have had back pain for 7 years. I was greeted at the door by a PFC hitting a vape, who immediately slapped me across the face, knocking me to the ground. I cried out in pain and she proceeded to spit in my face. The NCOIC came out and laughed at me, and told me I smelled like fear. As I got up to run away and leave, I realized my car had been completely stripped and was sitting on cinderblocks. I had to call my mom to pick me up. I still have back pain. 1/5 would not recommend.
Mrs.Keen is very helpful and is the ONLY reason I was able to get an appointment at this clinic. Anytime I call the male who sits next to her answers the phone and ill be on hold for an hour or more. I’ll either get hung up on or told that he can’t make an appointment for me. It has taken me three months to get an appointment. I’m not the only person experiencing this problem either. You need new personnel at the front desk who are actually going to be helpful and not waste people’s time.
The support clinic behind main clinic... literally the worst clinic in the history of the Army. You’d think being the most advance nation we could conjure two civilians to better serve the Soldiers... unfortunately we are stuck with the worst possible front desk employees. Terrible attitudes, rude, disrespectful. Call Tricare report them and have them change your clinic. This needs to change. We can not have people working for the soldiers with this distaste
By the time you get an appointment to see a doctor your dead. Appointments are 2 months out which is ridiculous.
I love these reviews written like it will make a difference. This is socialist medicine, people, not capitalistic health center competing for your patronage. TRICare doesn't care. However, if it makes you feel better, have at it. :o
Waiting time to get seen for sick is a joke. I also had an appt in Feb 2019 and they undermined my symptoms for my thyroid condition, my back issues and my sleeping issues. They said take pain killers and sleeping meds and I will be fine. 4 months later same symptoms. Going back this month to confront them. Good luck to me and you
Went in for sick call and was asked to leave because one of the LTs didn’t show up this medical establishment is an absolute joke, I would be so ashamed to work there. Would not recommend going there just pay out of pocket and see a real clinic.
Extremely unobliging and useless personnel when I called asking about getting tested for Covid-19 on May 15th 2020 11:35 am. I mentioned that 3 co-workers tested positive in the dining facility where I work and that I wanted to get a cough I was having checked just in case and the rude lady who I had the misfortune to speak to kept repeating that if I had no fever then I was not symptomatic, which is pure ignorance because the virus can be present even without a fever... She literally said that “at the Hospital they have a designated area for testing” literally blowing me off and sending me to another facility although we are supposed to go to DiRaimondo for any medical needs. They’re dismissive and irresponsible, I won’t be going there unless I ABSOLUTELY have to. Wish 0 stars were an option.
