Amanda has made the experience of preparing my parent’s home for sale easy and even pleasant! The Carpet One network made it easy for me to select flooring from out of state. Amanda’s responsiveness and professionalism made this interstate transaction totally stress free. The flooring is absolutely beautiful and the home is move-in ready!
We were enthralled with the beautiful new carpets installed in our home by Direct Sales Carpet One. In particular, we were very pleased by their two installers for their outstanding craftsmanship, their dedicated work ethic and their friendly and most helpful service. They completed the job in 2 and 1/2 days, as planned. Then, they provided a thorough cleanup and left our home looking fabulous. We told them that we would be very happy to have them return for any future projects simply because their work ethic was so outstanding. If future customers could somehow get an understanding of the kind of the high quality workmanship and friendly professionalism they may expect from their installers, that might be all the advertisement they need for increasing their sales.
Joe and Amanda made this an excellent experience. Joe helped us make the right choice of great quality carpet that fit our budget. Amanda was able to get us on the calendar quickly and gave us great customer service. The installers did a great job and moved our furniture with care.
I love my carpet! They have so many carpet options to chose from it's almost overwhelming. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and give you the information you need to make a good decision without pushing you towards a sale. All pricing is transparent so there's no guessing which carpets are in your price range. We were very happy with their service and installation which was pretty quick but looks great! as well as the carpet itself. I definitely recommend checking them out.
Very easy to work with. They helped us pick the type of flooring that worked best for our space and budget. Then we had a variety of colors and textures to choose from. The online software helped its make a decision about color. The shortest part was actually the installation.
We asked for our floors to be finished with a clear coat and they used a product with a visible orange tint. They Refused to fix it and voided our warranty when we complained. I am not sure what legal right they have to withdraw a satisfaction guaranteed warranty, but they refused to honor it. Be very careful with this company. Any complaints you have with this flooring company are referred to CCA global, that pose as an independent arbitrator but actually represent Direct flooring and carpet one. Not recommended.
One of the best experiences. Expert service was provided to guide us through many options of shades and carpeting. Very satisfied with our mutual decisions. Measurements, installation, product and service of high quality. Price worth every penny spent for long-term daily satisfaction.
The sales staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about their products. The installation of the laminate and tile flooring was excellent. The crew was very respectable and and they cleaned up the work space before they left.
One of the longest and worst experiences of our lives although we did end up, finally with great flooring that we are happy with. The experience was a nightmare though and included the workers running our air conditioner as low as the thermostat would go - 50 degrees in the middle of a 100 + heat wave with the front and back doors open. Ruined both the air and heating units. We were in a hotel for a month as the first flooring was wrong and faulty. I made arrangements to leave some things in the house and salesman said not a problem. Then they decided to add moving furniture to my bill! Fortunately we have a home warranty that paid for most of the HVAC but we were stuck with $3300 out of pocket. Every HVAC company I have checked with says that the ac should never be run at a temp that low. I would not recommend using them for this fact. I was also disappointed at the lack of care for our things in our home. While items were placed on the counters to block off appliances from construction dust, etc., it was discovered that they moved the items and used them. This was discovered easily as one was brand new, a gift and I hadn’t used it yet. I opened it up to find it dirty with fried food in it. The right thing to do would have been to reimburse us for our out of pocket expenses from the damage caused by their employees.
Scott was very helpful. We were looking at vinyl flooring, but they seem to have a good selection of all kinds of flooring. They also carry decorative tile and window shades.
