Manager Jerri and Associate Julie went way above and beyond to help us. They were so knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. Even held our purchases while we continued shopping around, and helped load it all into my vehicle. Best shopping experience in a long while.

Great selection of new, factory blemished, and factory refurbished tools. Staff is always helpful and the stock is always rotating with new items so popping in when I am at the outlet mall is something I typically do to see what they have that is new or interesting. Great place to buy batteries too as they almost always have a sale on them. Never had an issue with the 10 or so refurbished tools or batteries I have purchased there. Worked with me on a product malfunction and got me a newer model for basically the same price. Great team!!

I have purchased a few tools from Direct Tools Outlet. They have a big selection of Ryobi, and Ridgid brand tools that are mostly "blemished", factory reconditioned, or overstock from Home Depot. Keep an eye out for their sales. I recently picked up a factory reconditioned chain saw with a 1-year warranty for $94 less than what Home Depot was selling the same saw for brand new in their store!

I drove from Deland to this location to learn a few things about their product line. I was pleased when I walked in because there were 5 associates in this small location. I was sure I could get questions answered and the help I needed. Well....20 minutes of walking around a small store i realized that they were far to busy to even speak to me. They were so highly focused on freight and doing resets that they were oblivious to a customer who was there to buy. It looked like it may have been a market staff assisting which makes it worse because they should have been all over me from a sales and service perspective knowing I was the only person on the store the entire time. I walked out disappointed. I read some reviews and saw how hit or miss it is here. I hope they realize the importance of slowing down to at least greet and ask if their customers need help to people who show up to get educated and buy. I'm sure at some point I'll swing in again...but i won't go out of my way like I did today to be ignored. I literally had to step back several times in hopes they'd at least attempt to help. Non existent service today with a 5 to 1 ratio of employee to customer. What a shame
