The food quality depends on the cook but it is typically good. I would personally avoid the pizza as there ingredients arnt exactly up to par as they used to be. the atmosphere is typically upbeat especially on game nights. I would recommend it to my friends anytime past 5pm.
It is definitely a bar. We went there to try something different for lunch but the service was bad and very slow, and the food might suffice when you're drinking alcohol, but if not is was tasteless and I was left with a feeling of impending sickness. It's too bad, we were looking for a new favourite in town.
