Several times over the last 4 years or so this store has been a godsend to my work. Again today, a vital piece of gear otherwise totally out of my reach. Thank you. And thank you to the staff that is always so compassionat, professional and caring. James
We stop by this thrift store every time we are in Mammoth. Great prices and staff is very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, by shopping here, you are supporting a great cause. Stop in and check it out.
Nice store, but the cashier doesn’t seem to know the prices and is naming them off just vibes. I watched the customers in front of me place two articles of clothing, they said “$5,” they added another item and continued the $5 price. I had two items, a shirt and a small animal product. They saw the $10 in my hand and named $10. I gave it to them but it felt really scummy. I don’t usually post bad reviews, that was just really not how to run a business.
A 5 star because it's raising funds for Disabled skiers/snow sliders. Some very nice furniture, electronics, clothes & of course ski & snowboard equipment. Never know what you're going to find.
$5 last minute fleece and $5 sunglasses. Can’t beat that! Just don’t go in with expectations
This is a great Thrift store for alot of outdoor activities. They have alot of recreational items, from ice skates to fishing poles... A bit pricey for a thrift store but the proceeds go to disabled athletes! So it's worth it.
The sales from this shop goes to support disabled ski groups at Mammoth. The store itself is large, with a variety of equipment, clothing, furniture, and during my visit in April, food. Some friends were able to find a nice set of poles for cheap to replace ones broken that morning, some dishes and even got some free snacks! It's a great place to look for a deal.
Really really want to support this place as the money goes to a great cause but the prices are absolutely ridiculously high. The prices are comparable to buying brand new or higher. I needed some picture frames and they are selling them here for $40 dollars plus. A broken dresser priced at $100 dollars. I wont be coming back until whoever us pricing items realized she is running a second hand store not a boutique.
Loved the shop. We were able to get almost everything we needed for my daughter's first year of skiing plus sleds, yoga mat goggles. All for a great great price. Also the staff were great.
Good variety of dishware, decor, clothing and ski gear. Prices are higher than Cast Off, but I like knowing that my purchase is contributing to such a worth while cause. Last year at SCTS I paid $3 for a cashmere beanie that retails for $230.00, so there are great deals to be had.
