Professionalism doesn't even begin to describe the work and the efforts put out by Disc Makers. This being my FIRST full length album was a huge undertaking. The capabilities DM presented with being to upload my own artwork and customization options made the process easy, affordable, and efficient. The product looks and sounds amazing. Thank you!
The best company I have worked with - I am sticking with them for good. They manufactured my last two CDs and I am extremely pleased with the great service I was offered. Highly recommend!
If there was a zero star to give I would've given it. I ordered 1000 4 panel digipaks. The colors on the cover of the first pressing were way off. They agreed they made a mistake and would do a 2nd pressing. That took 2 weeks to do. The second pressing had intermittent white blotches in different places on some of the CDs. After another 2 weeks of trying to figure out what happened they said they couldn't figure why it happened, they wanted me to send the entire order back so they could open them up, locate the defective ones, re-press them, shrink wrap them and send them back. That would take an additional 2 weeks to get them back to them, have them to do their thing and then send them back to me. This decision came 2 days before the scheduled release date of the CD. Releasing a CD is a time sensitive thing. Release dates were set, CD release party was booked at a local venue, publicists were hired. They wanted me to postpone it all so they could take their time to sort out their incompetence. They didn't even consider any of this, just send us back the entire inventory so they can find their errors. I said at that point I couldn't send them back and asked for a full refund. They came back a few days later and offered me a 35% before ship & tax refund. No one really cared about my project. You would think that after they screwed up the first run, they would take extra care to make sure the second run was good, but they clearly didn't. Their 35% offer was non negotiable, no discussion. They said it's only 35% because I didn't send back the inventory so they could just throw it in the garbage. I've used discmakers in the past many times and they were great. But clearly they're not anymore. Their quality control and customer service are horrible. Avoid at all cost.
This was my first time producing a CD and the customer service staff was great. They walked me through it multiple times, which I'm sure drove them a bit crazy, but they handled it well. CDs were delivered on time and in great condition. The jewel case looks great and everything sounds perfect. Thanks.
I have used Disc Makers for several years now. I am always happy with their service and this experience was no exception. Their support staff is excellent, kind, knowledgeable, supportive and patient. They are up on the latest technology and are well versed in their products. They are very responsive, getting back to their clients right away. They are creative in coming up with alternatives for various issues such as submitting large files, etc. Great service, great company.
Great experience. Communication was excellent. I decided to use the mastering service and it was well worth it! The proofing of everything audio & artwork was easy and the final product wrapped & delivered exceeded my expectations. Very affordable packages for independent artists. Thank you!
Our agency has used Disc Makers on several CD projects and the service is always excellent. With the most recent job, we needed them to ship 5 different batches to 5 locations including one in Germany. They nailed it! Exactly the right number of pieces to everyone, all on time. Audio? Check. Printing? Check. Pricing? Check. A really great shop, highly recommended.
Disc Makers were wonderful to work with on my first CD!! I couldn't have imagined such a fine product and they helped me make it possible. My friend and I were trying to figure out how to get one part to work and out of nowhere, I got a phone call from one of their agents checking to see if we needed help!! Amazing! They also alerted me to a problem on the cover that should be fixed before being submitted. They were on top of every little thing and the final project was the most professional CD I could have ever imagined! I'll definitely use them again on future products! BB
Disc Makers was extremely helpful. I had to split my shipment and send half of the discs overseas and they were able to work that out. Their art department did a phenomenal job designing the layout and packaging for my CD. Finally, they were quick to respond and polite when I needed assistance.
They are Excellent! Sydney, Matt, The Soundlab, all of them. My experience with them has always been great. They are all kind, respectful and professional. They take extra care when you don't understand things or need something changed or have questions. Really excellent service. Am grateful for them all. I will be returning. They are all such beautiful people. I highly recommend working with Disc Makers. You will be glad you did. Top Notch!!
