I had to wait a few extra days for my couch, but i got on a financing plan and my couch was safely delivered the following week. Not only that my couch is awesome but the delivery guys were so quick, they were probably at my place for less than 10 minutes. Anthony is a great sales coach and is very helpful with choosing furniture. Great place for first time buyers or renters. Enjoy!
I had been searching for a recliner online, and didn’t see any prices that I was willing to spend. Happened to notice that they were having a closing sale, so decided to stop in. Samantha helped out so much, she was very knowledgeable, and helpful. She went above, and beyond to be helpful. After purchasing the recliner, I came back later to load it into my truck, but unfortunately for me I was on my own. That was until Samantha stepped in to give me a hand. I truly appreciated her help, and still impressed by her work ethic and dedication to her job. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at other furniture stores, and never have had the help or knowledge of the products she has. Will be returning in the near future for my furniture needs.
Ryan at Puyallup/South Hill has been nothing but the best. I have worked in the furniture world and dealt with many stores and manufacturers...Ryan will take care of you like none other...from searching, hunting and locating your desired home furniture, to financing, to following up on new orders and all the way through and beyond delivery. Ryan has got his store in order. I have used this location to build up credit along with furnishing my entire home and they have been alongside me every step of the way. The delivery service is awesome as well. I will continue to send my friends & family here for many many years!
This place has great prices on furniture. The styles are hit or miss, but you might get lucky and find what you’re looking for. The staff there is also hit or miss. The first guy I spoke to did not seem like he was having a great day. The second gentleman I worked with was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. I would look here again if I was in need of furniture.
Please do not buy any mattress at this store, you better go to any other where the manufacture companies behind their products respect the warranty. I bought one of their "high quality" mattresses $1200+tax. I tried it at their showing room before make the purchase and it was nice, soft on the top but firm, just like how I wanted. When we received the mattress and use it the first night we just sunk on it, immediately we decided it was not as firm as the one in the showroom and let me tell our new mattress should be better than the one in the showroom. On the next day I contacted the store and the manager wasn't there so I left a message, nobody call me back. When I could get in touch with her and explain the situation, the claim was transferred to the office in Kent, I sent all the information and pictures needed to open the claim, I wanted a mattress with same firm quality than the one at the showroom. They offer a warranty of customer satisfaction where you have to use for at least 90 days to make sure the mattress is the right one for you. Definitely warranty is not respected and there is no guarantee that you will receive what you tried or see or felt at the store. Bad experience, Save your money and your time! This is what Sound Sleep Products and Lady Americana said: Normal softening of the sleep surface due to average use. I REPORTED THAT THE MATTRESS WAS WAY SOFT COMPED TO THE ONE AT THE SHOWROOM ON NEXT DAY OF FIST USE. Normal body impressions less than 1 ½”. Body impressions up to 1 ½” are normal, and considered not to be a structural defect. They are caused by the natural localized compression of upholstery materials used in the construction of premium bedding. THE MATTRESS SINKS WAY MORE THAN 2 INCHES AND WE ARE AVERAGE WEIGHT PEOPLE. IMAGINE IF YOU ARE OVER-WEIGHTED. Again. you save your time and money with this company.
Sales staff didn't know products. Waited a week for delivery date and had to call myself. Was told at that time that the chairs we wanted wouldn't be in until November ordered mid October and was told a week at purchase. Removed table and chairs from order then received wrong bed at delivery. The staff were very apologetic and accommodating which is the reason for the second star. Will update if they don't credit delivery charges.
Stating that I’m incredibly displeased would be beyond understated. Elizabeth Kolts assisted us with our purchase of a dining set which was on display in the store. She made sure to let us know that the dining set was in fact in stock and would be delivered to us in a few days. Literally two days before our expected delivery date, we get a call stating that our dining set was in fact NOT in stock and that we’d either have to wait until November to receive the set or select another one. We based other items of furniture we purchased around the dining set, which we happened to really fall in love with. I’m completely disappointed and utterly annoyed with the blatant conflict of information that was presented to us. There are plenty of furniture stores available to this community and this is one I’ll gladly scratch off the list.
I would give them 0 stars. WORST experience ever!! purchased Bed/dress with Mirror. Place the order in December 2018, set did not arrive till mid February 2019 only for it to be damaged and now have to wait for new one set to be swapped. DO NOT ORDER HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF ANY TIME SOON.
Great place to buy your furniture needs. Customer service is A++, Elizabeth is an outstanding sales professional; it was a very enjoyable visit. I got my purchase done with no issues. I highly recommend. ;-
If I could give zero Stars I would. As far as buying a mattress, their 30-day rest assured policy states that if you spend $600 or more it comes with a 30-day rest assured guaranty. However, what you need to do is purchase an ADDITIONAL "Direct Happiness Guarantee" Warrantt for $75 for them to honor this. I went on August 13th and purchased a Queen sized, cooling gel, memory foam mattress for $647. I was offered an additional warranty to which I said no, incorrectly assuming that meant a warranty against any factory defect. After sleeping on this for two weeks it was too uncomfortable for me and I wanted something different. I went back to the store and was told that since I did not purchase there "Direct Happiness Guarantee" , which is a five-year warranty, I was unable to exchange my mattress for something that suited me better. Not only was I out the $647 for the price of the mattress, but also the $123 delivery fee. I should have read the reviews prior to going to the store! I had purchased a couch at the same time which was on backorder until October but since they were not willing to help out in any way with the mattress, I canceled my couch order.
