Not only were they on time, they went right to work solving my electrical issues. I needed 2 outlets replaced & an estimate on installing fluorescent lights in my pantry. They explained in detail what they would need to do to install the fluorescence and gave me a price accordingly. Discount Electric is very reasonable and they do ultra professional work. You don't have to pay an arm and a leg to get safe work done on your Electrics. I will always have them come back if I need something electrical done in my home.
The gentlemen that came out to work on my home today were so awesome! They were extremely friendly and helpful with the predicament my husband and I had found ourselves in with our remodel. They took care of some problems another electrical company had left us with, and were extremely generous on the price. In fact I was shocked at how low they charged us considering what all they did. We were extremely satisfied and will absolutely use no other electrician in the future. Thank you so much!!!!!
We phoned this company yesterday to inquire with what their service call fee was to come out and let us know what is wrong and how much to fix it. So she said they don't charge a service fee. They diagnose and give a quote okay next day..today a guy comes to the door. He immediately says... as soon as he comes in my door 175 hourly rate starts...okay totally different from what the lady said the day before. These folks have some kind of bait switch thing going on and how uncomfortable writing a check out to just some joe blow not even to a company name. I didn't even want to pay with a check or that account! I actually wanted to pay with my debit card. I think this company is a scam! Neither here nor there the guy came in at 915am and was gone at 945am for a single receptacle for 180 bucks. Not only was he not in the home an hour but I wasn't given a quote it was either I let him in or decline him at the door. Very shady fast business.
Just stopped by my house this morning to inspect a faulty outlet in my living room. Time expected to be there was 7:30 and tech was there early, which was awesome. Fixed issue, explained what could have caused the issue, and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Was a super simple fix, but just nice knowing it was done correctly so I don't have to worry. Good, reasonable pricing, based on time spent/job done. Will definitely use again in the future if any other problems arise.
Installed a couple of floor outlets in our family room. Called and scheduled quickly and easily. Came on time and installed outlets. Work was done quickly, professionally and without any problems! Would recommend them for any electrical work!
They came and hooked up a garbage disposal in my kitchen. The did it super fast and it works great. they were polite and even cleaned and swept afterwards without me asking.
