We bought a Loveseat years ago from this store and recently went there because we lost the cushions , I went there to see if they have same size cushions that I can buy and I was so amazed when the owner gave me cousins for free!! This kind of thing doesn’t always happen and I just want to appreciate the owner and stuffs.
Took forever to get service. Only to find out they don't have things in stock that they advertise on their website. They recommend though to Ashley Home Store to try out furniture and then come back to their store to order it.
I found this local business while performing an internet search for an Ashley Furniture living room set I was looking for. I walked into the store, was greeted upon walking in, and I proceeded to the couch I was looking at. I had a nice conversation with Nancy, a very NO PRESSURE atmosphere, which I loved. I have been to an Ashley store multiple times over the last few months and I feel as if I am being attacked as soon as I walk into the door. I did not feel this way about my experience today, in fact, quite the opposite. They were friendly, patient, understanding and let me sit and ponder about the purchase without harassing me to make a decision. As soon as I got home I got back online to look for a kitchen set to buy from there! The company is 50 minutes from my house but the savings was WELL worth the drive! I highly recommend and I will definitely be going back soon!
Ordered a two piece couch/love seat set. Staff was very nice. Price was really reasonable. Only problem was it took a long time to get. Ordered in July, finally got it at the end of January. Called them each month for an update, and they were very courteous. Every update was pushing it a month or so each time. Also delivery team wasn't the best for problem solving when one of the pieces wouldn't fit in the main door. But it worked out in the end. Like I said, good prices, friendly staff. Just be prepared to wait a while.

We entered the store and browsed for about 10 minutes, there isn't much selection but we were potentially interested in a couple items. We chose to leave because the 3 employees never acknowledged we were there let alone try to assist us. A simple "hi, let us know if you need help with anything" would have sufficed.
Thank you!!! We ordered a sectional and Dining room set. At first, it was a bit of a mess with the stock issues with our sectional but Kristina was able to sort it all out the same day we bought the furniture. Thank you Kristina. Today the furniture was delivered and the 2 gentlemen did a fantastic job. We were super careful with our new floors that were just installed, they were so patient with us and were so gracious with any changes that we wanted made. We will absolutely continue shopping here! This furniture place is very accommodating and nice. I went in to look for a furniture in our apartment and after we finally decided we figured out it wont fit in our apartment, i called a day before they deliver and asked for a refund and the lady on the phone that help me was very nice and gave me my refund without a lot of questions asked. I would definitely suggest this place i dont get all the bad reviews down here , their service is EXCELLENT! Thankyou for the wonderful service!
This was an absolutely awful experience. We ordered a couch and stool and were told that couch would not be available for a month, so we should order a similar, but more expensive one because we were told it would be available the next week. We did that. We then got a call that the stool was in, but the couch will not be available for another couple weeks and they'll wait to deliver the stool with the rest. We said sure. When the couch does get delivered 3 weeks later, I was told the stool is on backorder. When calling back, the stool was not on backorder, it just wasn't able to be found to be delivered. We were then told that we would have to wait for the next time they are out in our area to do a delivery. So we have to wait for their convenience to deliver another week. I called and said that this has been a terrible experience and would like a refund on shipping due to all of this and the owner told me that nothing was done wrong and that "normal people" would be OK with that experience. I guess I'm abnormal for wanting my shipment delivered on time, a store to find the items we ordered in their warehouse and if they can't do those things, offer some sort of compensation. The really sad thing is I'm a repeat customer. I purchased a living room set here previously and everything was fine. I would've continued to be a customer here, but now I know by this experience and reading other reviews that if something is not on a happy path, the owner will not look to be helpful or understanding of his customer's inconveniences and try to retain your business. In some cases, he is extremely rude.
