Locking yourself out of a vehicle is always a hassle. Its stressful, aggravating, inconvenient and sometimes dangerous, so buckle up, this is going to be a long review. Saturday night I decided I'd go pick up a pizza and take my two German Shepherds with me for a drive. Unfortunately, my order wasn't ready when I got to the restaurant and went back to wait in the truck with my pups. A few minutes later, not thinking I jumped out of the truck, closed the door, and immediately realized the keys were still in the ignition and the doors were locked. My Lincoln won't allow the doors to be locked with the keys inside, so I usually don't have to consider this problem. But today I drove my '96 Toyota which has no such options. My first instinct was to break the window, I live in Arizona, it's getting hot out and one of my pups is an aging service dog who I truly rely on. After reconsidering I started calling locksmiths. I'm not sure why but every locksmith seems to be dispatched from an out-of-area call center, which takes your information and has someone call you back, a frustrating experience when timeliness is a consideration. On top of that there was a loud protest at the corner where I was parked and trying to communicate on the phone was a nightmare. After several failed attempts to find a local shop, I got a call back from Matt. I explained the situation, he told me he was 45 minutes out. Concerned about the dogs in the hot truck that timeline seemed like a bad option. Matt told me to keep calling around, he'd head my way and if I found someone else just call him and let him know. I was shocked by this, he was willing drive out, potentially for no reason if I found someone closer. After a few more failed attempts to find someone closer I called Matt back and told him we'd wait, he was 15 minutes out. He arrived and quickly got the vehicle unlocked. Between the masses of people from the protest and being stuck in a hot truck the pups were clearly stressed, but OK. I tried to run inside the restaurant to get some cold water for the dogs, but the line was now out the door. Seeing my concern Matt quickly grabbed his cooler and offered his own water. Matt went above and beyond. He offered his services and time, even when he could potentially lose the job, he was quick, courteous, understanding and kind. My 30-minute trip to grab dinner had turned into a 2-hour ordeal, and although costly, thanks to Matts quick availability, and willingness to help we all made it home safely. Thanks Matt, I hope I never have to call you again, but your company's number is now saved in my phone just in case.
Matt was very courteous and professional. He explained the situation clearly and then gave me the plan of action if I wanted to proceed. It was very quick and effective. I was very happy with the service.
Jared was very profesional with his assistance. Really recommend him to anyone. He came quick , was on time and made me a key in a reasonable amount of time.
Definitely recommend Gerard for your locksmith needs. I had to work in the morning so he came to my house at 7am to remake my key. It took him less than 20 minutes. Thank you!

I was extremely tired, irritated, and upset! The car owner my boyfriend was not there with me, but the company worked with me and my boyfriend over the phone. He was kind, patient, understanding, efficient, and quick!!! It's was 10pm and the cost was definitely worth, getting this locked dead car done!!
He came out last minute and was done in 10 mins. Amazing. Highly recommend
