Was helped by Curtis. Knowledgeable gentleman who informed the reason for dash board indicator of tire sensor was due to corrosion of chrome rims/wheels that inhibit the seal of tire to fully seal which triggers tire sensor. New rims/wheels to be replaced to ensure safe tire sensor function. Well, at least they didn't try to convince me to purchase a new tire the 1's car has are fairly new. Generally, being a female, this is what I notice @ a facility like this w/the protocol of safety 1st when in fact not every1 can afford the tire cost. In the long run, we have to weigh the pros & cons of the potential hazard compared to what can be affordable.

Paid for tires online and made an appointment.  We literally pulled into the parking lot and they met us out there to start the process. We had 4 new tires on in less than 18 minutes!

Service was very fast and friendly. My tire had a large screw in it. They fixed the tire quickly and I was so surprised, there was no charge.

Bought my tries online and scheduled an appointment during the process.  Went in and told them I was here and they spotted me up for the tire changes on my camper.  Quick, easy, and friendly service.  Super pleased

This is the only place around that I will go to since I started driving.  They are always prompt, friendly, and have the tires that other shops have to order. Today they went above the call to make sure I was able to get to work tonight and it was greatly appreciated.

This was a follow up visit, because my New Tire went on flat, the same day of purchase!? Discount Tire did send someone to fix the flat, and replaced my New Tire on Monday morning!!

Very bad service and all the service guy are very lazy. They don’t want to take care customer. I had been with this company for more than 20 years, but I disappoint me today. They are very lazy don’t want to help, terrible jobs

Went in to get my tire rotated and balanced. After waiting for 2 hours ended up get my keys and leaving and going to tirefly. Only took them 30 minutes

Curtis and his crew are amazing, so knowledgeable and straight up, they'll do anything to keep you safe and on the road... There is no job to big or problem that they can't figure out.... Curtis goes above and beyond for his customers and truly cares about our community.... Thank you so much for taking the time and making it enjoyable to be at your store, y'all are knowledge, quick, fast and precise.... I never have a issue when I have to make a stop into discount, I don't even look for any other your shops it's not worth it and not the same.......  I remain Semper Fi, USMC -VIGIL-

This the by far the  best Discount Tire location I have ever been to, but only because of the whole team.  I have been there on several occasions and the service is consistently amazing! Thanks
