By far out of two different states the OP location is my favorite discount tire! They go above and beyond to help you and if you have any issues will immediately rectify it! Super friendly staff even coming to my car and letting me stay in due to my special needs child. I will definitely miss them when we move! Thank you for the amazing 3 years of friendly and amazing service!!!
Took my wife’s Lexus to get 2 tires mounted. We had her wheels professionally painted satin black by wheel company a little over a year ago. They did have minor rock chips from normal wear and tear. The person that helped me Steven a manager I believe noticed and pointed them out before doing the wheel. What he pointed out was on the rear rims from rims had no damage at all. The front are what we got mounted and when they pulled my car out I noticed what looked like the socket to pull the lug nuts back on hit the wheel in that area and paint missing from around the rim on about half of the wheel.. I watched through the glass in the office at the young guy struggling to take my tire off and I’m 90% sure that’s when the damage occurred. Instead of taking liability for the damage Steven proceeds to try and point out all of the other very minor chips that were on the other wheels and says there was nothing he could do to prevent that damage from happening. I found that weird because those tires have been changed twice in the last year once by myself and another time by all STARZ and neither time did we damage the wheels like they did. Steven proceeds to tell me he’ll give me $5 for a can of spray paint to fix the wheels LOL after I decline he goes and speaks with Chris another manager who was more understanding but very ignorant. Making funny faces while I’m explaining and showing him the issue, telling me he can fix it now with a sharpie in the back. After I decline again he asks who did the wheels, I tell them and apparently they use the guys company often as they knew the owners name as soon as I mentioned he’s who painted them. He finally tells Steven to send it to the company for repair.. long story short I would not use these guys if your wheels are powdered or painted.. I just wanted the damage on my wheel repaired the proper way.. Steven & Chris were very unprofessional and denying liability of the damage. Although Chris made the final decision of sending it to the company for repair his funny faces as I’m telling him the issue shows his true character. Get better “managers” Discount Tire..
Called in the morning for an afternoon appointment and I was in and out in just about an hour with 4 new tires. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They price matched the same tires I bought that I found cheaper somewhere else. I highly recommend them to anyone. Definitely be going back next time I need anything tire related.
Great experience. Mike kept me informed with my rim order. I had 20x10.5 staggered put on the rear of my challenger with 4 new tires. They took me right in when my order came and they look awesome. Keep up the great work.
My main point of contact during the install of my tires was Steve, who was great and provided me all the info I needed to be ready for my appointment. I ordered my tires online and the arrived next day which was great because I unfortunately had a screw lodged in one of my rear wheels. The booked me for an appt next day and the service from the moment I arrive in the morning was nothing short of exceptional. The techs took the time to go over everything with the old tires as they pulled them off, showed me the damage the screw caused internally. The new wheels/ tires were balanced and mounted within an hours time on all 4 corners. Continental DWS06 installed on my 350z. 5 stars If I need anything done to my vehicle in the future I’ll definitely go back to have it serviced here. Thanks to Steve and the rest of the team for the great service.

Spoke to them many times over their phone , have wheel and tire sizes, said they could mount them. Advised me and my spouse needed to rush up there to do the work. We got there and they said they couldn’t do it . All they wanted to do was to go home because it was close to closing, BUT TOLD US TO COME. Anyways, we went to pep boys right after and they mounted the tires for us! Would recommend pep boys on Blanding , they were amazing and swift ! There was also a guy at pep boys who stayed an hour past his clock off time to help! They are very generous .
Good first experience here for a new set of Continental True Contact tour tires. Aside from the sales pitcheswindshield wiper blades and salesman tone at times, they were punctual with the tire change. Even replacing every lug took them only 5 extra minutes. Timmy is always friendly and professional. I feel this shop would be a great all-around car repair shop by how well and on point it seems to run. Thank you
Had an appointment at 9 was taken right back and tires changed. We were leaving for a trip to NC that afternoon! We're back home, packed and on the road by noon! They did great!
They had put a tire on the front and the tire they put there kept losing air. It was a miscommunication. I took my car back to them and they put a brand new tire on free of charge. I highly recommend Discount Tire. They are very professional and care about their customers.
