I've visited this location at least a dozen times. Friendly staff, great service, and the best tire warranty around the business. Keep in mind that it takes 1 hour and some change for your vehicle to be serviced. Also, they text you a link that you can click to see the progress on your vehicle. Overall, this is my go-to tire shop, and it will remain. Photos below: 1. Discount tire entrance closed due to construction 2. Vehicle service area 3. Parking area 4. Wow arrived 1pm quoted 3:45 for pick up 1 tire change they tricked me 5:15 still waiting car not even pulled in 1 tire so 6 hrs for 1 tire change BE TRUTHFUL TELL PEOPLE IT COULD BE AS LONG AS 6HRS & THEY'LL MAKE YOU LESS BUSY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Let me manage this place like i do at my job All 1 tire jobs should be assigned to 1 technician to do back to back since I've seen it done in 10 minutes easy in & out priority Full Set of tires & harder jobs should be 6hrs for remaining technicians Even McDonald's know to park the big order to get the small order out the way
Pretty sure if this place doesn't get there act together soon they will loose most of their business to Bell Tire down the street. I know after today I won’t be back. The worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been here quite a few times but it has gone quiet down hill over the past few years. Don’t bother making an appointment it doesn’t seem to matter. Employees weren’t that pleasant this time around either. I also have never ever had to pay for a service before it was actually completed , like what is that ??????
Outstanding work and service they provided. This type of customer care and atension to detail is rare.... I was speechless. Discount tire is the example of how quality care and business are done....I highly recommend this guys...this shop is one of the few shops that offers complete satisfaction and care for your vehicle
Stopped into Crestwood Discount Tire location as the Orland Park location forgot to actually schedule my appointment for a flat repair. Phenomenal and quick service. I was in and out in under an hour on a busy Saturday morning. While there the representative Lauren helped me to update all my information on file and helped me order new winter tires and get them ordered and ready while I started making layaway payments until next month. Really pleased with her knowledge and patience with me while I asked no less than twenty or so questions making sure the fitment and use of the Goodyear Duratrac tires fit my needs. Location was clean and tidy and every employee was nice. I’ll definitely be back to get my new tires installed and serviced at this location from now on.

I don't even live next to these guys anymore, but STILL drive over here for anything to do with tires. GREAT service, honest, and professional. If you get tires from this location, you just don't have to worry about tires anymore. They got you. Been going here for 14 years and 3 cars. Still the same great place, still the same business
Hugo helped me a lot, i did have an appointment, all four tires changed in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday. They even shined it. Thank you Hugo I appreciate it. Highly recommend and very satisfied.
Service was not bad but I had purchased my tires online and had an appointment premade. I did a visual inspection on all 4 tires and everything looked good. The week after having new tires, I noticed a noise coming from the tires every time it did a full rotation. I checked my tires and didn't notice anything in the tire but the noise got worse. It was not until later that I realized that all 5 of the lug nuts were loose on 1 tire and that the rest of the tires had at least 1 loose lug nut. I had to tighten everything myself and the noise went away. Very disappointed for a company that only deals with tires and can't do the job right
Ben Ben Ben...the best customer service rep you want to come across...after months of searching for my tires for my Benz which had unique size tires front & back 285/40 22in & back 325/35 22in yea nerve wrecking I reached out too the first location that popped up which was crestwood, Ben answered and it was on from there. Called today to see if the back ones arrived, Ryan answered & Said yes there here You can actually come now not really busy. I love the new tires...went with Nitto & so far ride great! Thanks Ben a ton & Ryan for answering promptly & to whomever the technician that installed the tires....God is great!
