Fast friendly service. There is a nice outdoor seating area, with a nice view of trees, rather than looking at a busy street. They have a curbside service area, where you can pull up get tires and air checked.
Another pleasant experience at Discount Tire. Stopped by to order some tires and they not only assisted me with that, but also fixed some pending transactions on my Discount Tire credit card, saving me a long phone call with customer service. They match any major stores prices and offer no interest financing. It's always a pleasure to do business with them!
Best experience I've had at a tire shop. Got the tires I've been wanting and the customer service here is amazing. Mainly Dawson helped me and he was such a big help. Will always reccomend discount tire from now on! They deserve your business.
The guys here gave awesome guidance when it came to helping me pick new wheels and tires for my truck. And even helped make a last minute change! They rock! I'm adding the before and after pics
The workers were friendly and helpful. Nothing against them at all. I had a stud get stripped, which is fine it happens, but discount tire doesn’t even have a plan if that does happen. They can’t install a new stud. Having worked at a tire shop we would replace the stud if it got stripped. What kind of company doesn’t have a plan if that happens? And guess what ? Accidents happen. Now I’m going to either have to replace it myself or take it somewhere and have to pay. To make it better the tires were counter balanced the last time I went in so I asked them to make sure they weren’t done wrong again. They did 3 of them correctly but the one that was balanced wrong the last time didn’t even get touched. The store was very busy and understaffed. The phones were ringing the entire time and the poor guys up front weren’t even able to answer because they were helping other people. Whoever runs or manages this store hopefully realizes this. help out your guys and educate your people in the shop. And maybe have a plan if stuff breaks ?
I got a flat tire, they had it fixed within an hour! Brayden was very helpful and used my warranty to get me new tires. Chris went above and beyond in getting my spare tire back under my van. I didn't have the right tool so he used a wrench and did it by hand! These two are the reason I'll come back to Discount Tire!!
I've always bought my tires at Discount, and have always appreciated the service when I get my tires rotated and balanced. Today I went in for these services, but also had an issue with my wheel well that I hoped they'd look at. Dawson and Kyle helped me and went above and beyond to help with my issue and make sure I got out in a timely way with my car in good shape. It was the best service I've ever had at Discount, and both those employees have my gratitude.
I made an appointment to have all 4 of my tires replaced since they were old and very worn. While I made an appointment, I had to wait for a very long time for my car to be finished. I probably spent about 2 hours here waiting in the lobby. The employees were friendly, however, I felt that I was pushed to spend more money than I wanted to. Replacing tires is expensive, and I knew that, however I spent about $1000 for 4 tires. When I asked about cheaper options, I felt that I was disregarded and instead was upsold to spend more. I was also not asked if I wanted to be enrolled in the warranty service, and had to asked what the extra charge was. I was pretty much told I had to purchase the warranty package. The lobby was clean and there was a restroom available for use.
Jacob was awesome to work with! He was able to quickly diagnose a leaking valve stem and replace it. He had me in and out in 15 minutes!
Making an appointment or walk-in doesn't matter. Had an appointment at 12,didn't get done till 2:38. Everyone in front of us and behind had been serviced and gone before our truck even got pulled back. When I asked what happened I got told, oh well just is what it is pretty much in a nutshell. Plan on staying for a long time and don't try to plan anything else for your day.
