Their dedication to providing prompt and attentive service was truly commendable, making the wait time feel minimal and worthwhile. Comparing this experience to my visit to Mavis store nearby was like night and day. Discount Tire surpassed my expectations with their top-notch service. Without a doubt, I have found my new go-to tire shop, and I'll be exclusively visiting Discount Tire from now on. Their outstanding service, friendly demeanor, and efficiency have won me over as a loyal customer. Professional employees, amazing operation but do not expect anything will be done less than 2 hr even though they tell you. Long wait time and does not seem like cars are serviced in the order of coming in. They are tesla recommended tire service shop.
Robert at the desk was incredibly professional and knowledgeable on an extremely busy day. He was very honest about wait times and ensured I was aware of all issues. The honest and open approach was very appreciated and made a frustrating situation much easier to handle. Incredibly helpful, patient, and communicative. I bought new rims and they even threw in a few lug-nuts, then gave me a discount for my military service. Good experience.
Technicians were very good and efficient and got my car tires rotated and balanced within an hour of arrival. Would suggest to take an online appointment before any tire service for quick turnaround. They all were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
I can’t say enough nice things about this shop. I’m totally in awe! I ordered my tires online, and set an appointment for 3:45. I to my surprise showed up early at 2:30. Right away, my car was put on the rack and all four tires were mounted and balanced within 20 minutes. It was all set and done in no time. Not to mention, the team here is beyond any work environment I’ve ever seen. The professionalism and dedication of these people make you feel you’re buying a house. I’m in disbelief. I live 70 miles from this location but will happily make the drive for my next set of tires or any tire maintenance. I’m a discount tire customer for life!! Thanks guys!
Discount Tire totally exceeded our expectations! After no stock and bad customer service at Costco, I called Discount Tire and spoke to Jesse. He was very knowledgeable and was quick to find the tires I was looking for. I was able to drop my car off within an hour and they had my car ready to go within the next hour! You can’t beat that service anywhere. Will definitely use them again for all my tire needs!
After having a very bad experience at Mavis this morning, I came down the street to this store. Wow, what a great customer service experience. It was Saturday and the lobby was pretty full, but Justin was very courteous, helpful, and patient to help me with my needs. The line was out the door and the phone was ringing off the hook, probably because more folks want this experience. On top of that, they handled my patch at no cost! I’ve found my new local tire place!
Colson was WONDERFUL!!! Completely Informative, Incredibly Nice & was able to squeeze my car in at the last minute when 3 other tire places would not. I Appreciate all of his Help & Kindness. I Absolutely Recommend this place! Great Prices as well! Go Here for all your tire needs!
