The service I received from Brian was outstanding! Came in, tires not in stock. Brian ordered and made me an appointment for the next day for installation. I came in at my appointment time and was back on the road in approximately 30 minutes....on a Saturday!!! He made my experience quick, easy and effortless. Thank you!
Excellent communication, speedy repairs and amazing technicians. They got me taken care of quick and were so incredibly helpful with recommendations to prolong the life of my, now new, tires. Huge thank you to Ali and most importantly Luis or Louis I’m not sure how to spell it haha. Luis was patient even with all the troubles and hurdles that seemed to lead up to the final transaction may I note - the complications were solely due to the bank and not the employees. My family and I will continue to come to this location and request for Louis’s assistance with an and all of our tire needs.
These guys were friendly and efficient. I buy all of my tires here. They have a great network of stores and good prices. With as much travel as I do I buy the repair plan and typically use it several times per year picking up a nail once per quarter. Great guys will be back again
Ali was great and handled an issue in the best way possible, i had called about a full set of tires, inventory had 5 in the system but apparently that was a wrong keystroke or a glitch in the system dieing then at the wrong location, Ali sat down next to me and broke the news but was very reassuring they were on their way from another nearby location, that the labor costs were being refunded, that they were continuing to work around it while waiting for the other 3 to arrive, and expressed his gratitude for my patience. above and beyond, even with a decent length in delay, still leaving happy and will continue to be a repeat customer
We travel Full Time in our RV and tires are the very foundation of our lifestyle. They take us far and keep us safe. Thanks to all guys who were involved in my purchase and installation on my new 225 65r16 Yokohama tires. Everyone has been friendly with providing 100% good job. Went Saturday to get my son some tires for his car and they broke the bolt on the tire and striped out the plastic cover on the rim cover then sent me to Midas to have the bolt fixed so then after Midas fixed the bolt on the tire they for got to put the brake screws back on with after leaving Midas the the brake fell off Troy with Midas was on the spot and and a wrecker come get us witch from Saturday till Tuesday to get the car fixed called discount and never received a call back about the issue we had and never fixed the plastic cover and we probably need to make sure the rim and tire balance out because when the brake fell off is cut the rim up all I am saying is two bolts striped out and didn’t fix the cover and no call back is really poor
Toree took care of me/my car today, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. As I’m sitting waiting for my car I see everyone greeted with a smile and extremely quick service. 10/10 would recommend coming here.
Visiting Tomball, my tire light was going on, off and sometimes blinking. Only took a minute for them to look at and advise. 2 tires were low on air, and treads were fine. Thanks guys!
