So I have been coming here for about 6 years. I've had 2 ex girlfriends cars get their tires and tires service here. 2012 Chevy Cruz and a 2013 Honda civic. I have bought full sets of tires here with warranty without any issues. Then I have brought in my personal truck and business trailer here for services on my tires. Top notch communication and customer service! Highly recommend giving them your business as they provide free tire pressure fillings and patching to non-customers also.
They were extremely accommodating ,very professional team members. Let me just say I had a shredded tire from my trailer they put a new tire on the wheel check my trailer up put the tire on but the lug nuts on, perfect job
These guys are awesome! When you come in to this location they make sure you feel taken care of. Kyle was especially great with getting me in immediately for a flat repair which was quick and free of charge! He got me pricing on new tires without any sales pressure and made it easy to understand the options best for my truck. It's that quality level of service that's made it the only place I'll get tires for my 3 vehicles.
It's always frustrating to have issues with your tires, but this place really is SO helpful. I was in several times a couple of years ago, and they were always so professional and helpful. I went in recently with a flat tire and worked with Dustin, and it was one of the best customer experiences I've had anywhere. He was thoughtful and really helped me figure out what to do because they couldn't save my tire this time, and I ended up having to purchase new tires. He's efficient, he explained the process really well, and he kept me informed the entire time - the place was busy and I didn't have an appointment, so I did have to wait, but he estimated my wait time PERFECTLY. He also worked with me to figure out a option that was friendly to my budget. I would 100% recommend this place any time you have an issue with your tires!
I’ve been in twice since 2020 for two different vehicles. This shop is well staffed, busy but always efficient based on the volume of cars pouring in & out. I Love the fact that you can schedule appointments via their website. You can also pre-order nearly any tire you want. By the way- my order was quoted about a week and the 4 tires arrived within two days! I would recommend this shop to anyone.
Excellent service!!! Dustin and Kyle went above and beyond to help us. They were closing and still helped us with no hesitation. 4 Tire shops turned us down due to it being Thanksgiving Eve. This has been a rough week with the passing of our father this week and they made our load a little easier with assisting us. I’m just in awe because they cared enough to help. I pray that this reaches corporate level. We need more people like this.
After having significant trouble with Synchrony their credit card partner, I received a call from Trevor, who displayed great customer service. He was able to completely change the experience that I had went through with Synchrony. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and have new tires. This is a good store!
Great price on a set of four tires. Had me in and out in under an hour. And gave a solid recommendation on a shop for some brake work. They were consistently working with customers on whatever problems they brought in. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff in the 45 minutes I was waiting and observing.
Best discount tire in the region. These guys never cease to amaze me. I worked with Dustin haven’t seen him here before at this location. I guess he’s the new manager or assistant manager. At any rate, he was absolutely stellar. Discount tire has been my go to for years and years, but this guy just topped it all. I will never go to any other location as long as I live here. The support, communication, and overall transaction today was nothing short of amazing.
Traveling here from out of state, a tire came apart. Limped into this store, the afternoon before Thanksgiving, with little hope. Amazingly, these guys welcomed me on Kyle was great. When they say, "Let's get you taken care of," they really mean it. Couldn't have asked for more!
