The DAD planning team continues it's efforts in planning the 2018 event. The team meets monthly to lay the ground-work for next years show.
Because of the many tasks and logistics associated with this type of event, we are in dire need of volunteer team

This Flyin features many aspects of aviation, such as Experimental, Homebuilt, Civil, Corporate, Military, WWII and Vintage. On site will be numerous exhibitors and product & food vendors. FAA pilot Safety Seminars will take place each day. A pancake breakfast will be hosted from 7am to 11am and a lunch from 11am to 3pm. There will be Kids activities for those young flyers. Guests are invited to fly in or drive out to the festival. You can take to the skies by enjoying a Fixed Wing, Helicopter, Bi-Plane or WWII B-25 ride. Golden Wings Museum will be open to learn more about the golden age of aviation.
This year's event will be organized by 5 on-field entities along with a few talented volunteers. Flywell Flying Club, American Wings Air Museum, Civil Air Patrol, Anoka County Aviation Association & Golden Wings Museum will all aid in creating this exciting aviation event.
