Discover Corps is a grassroots travel company that is pioneering a new way to explore life and culture around the world in a way that rejuvenates the human spirit.

Trips include cultural immersion, meaningful service projects and connections to fascinating local people. We proudly operate trips for the National Peace Corps Association.

Bucket List !!! The Uganda Mountain Gorillas were just as amazing as we expected! The Chimpanzee Trek was also fabulous! We saw so many more animals and birds than I expected and our guide, Ivan, was the BEST!! Lodges were fabulous, food was delicious, and overall, it is definitely a MUST do trip!
Trip of a lifetime to Australia! Guides were informative, accommodating, and fun to be with, as well as good cooks! Everything was perfect - the animals, the accommodations, the food, the side trips, the schedule, the beautiful sights!
My family went on the Cuban Island Adventure trip and absolutely loved it. Kids ages are 14, 12, 8, 7. They did phenomenal and the trip was planned perfectly. The tour guide and our driver were amazing, we met wonderful people and felt like we got a real taste of life in Cuba.
Our Discover Corps trip to South Africa was amazing. The itinerary provided was like nothing else that we could have gotten from a regular travel agency. All of the activities were very personal and focused on our family. We really feel like we got to know the places and the people. All of the staff at each place was beyond excellent. We feel like we have made some friends for life. We did the 10 day safari, the Victoria Falls extension, and the Cape Town extension. We are a family who travels worldwide frequently and we were all so so pleased with this trip. Our ages are 50, 50, 18, and 11. Hope this review convinces someone else to give this trip a chance!
We traveled to Kenya with Discover Corps, and it was an amazing experience. The Discover Corps team is truly amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, organized, and responsive. Before we even left on our trip, I was impressed with Discover Corps as they provide ALL the needed information and "to-do" lists Visas, Vaccinations, packing list -etc.. Once we arrived in Kenya to the time when we left, Discover Corps guides and itinerary continued to impress us even more than we thought possible. If you are looking to take a meaningful vacation with like-minded people, you will NOT be disappointed with Discover Corps.
I have traveled with my grandchildren on three Discover Corps trips. The first was with my husband and two grandsons when we went to South Africa and that trip was amazing. Spending time with Lily and Conrad could not have been more perfect. Food, accommodations, setting cameras, visiting nearby reserves, amazing sightings. The second was to Peru with my adult grandchild. Spending time in a beautiful village, getting to know the children of the village, learning about their amazing crafts and a trip to Machu Picchu made this trip terribly meaningful. Then in July 2022 I took a 3rd Discover trip with a grandchild to Oaxaca. That trip did not disappoint either. The communication with the staff including Angela and Jenny was perfect too.
My girlfriends and I went on the Havana Weekend Getaway tour, and it was fabulous! Our guide, Kenia, and our driver, Rafael, were both such a joy to work with. The trip was filled with great food, amazing sights and at the end of the day a comfortable place to sleep and recharge for the next adventure. The itinerary gives you a great taste of Cuba and our guide sprinkled in surprises that made the tour extra special. Highly recommend!
My 14 year old grandson and I just returned from the Galapagos adventure. It was absolutely exceptional in every way—accommodations, excursions, our guide Fabricio, and our constant animal sightings and interactions. The snorkeling was exciting and sea turtles, sharks, and sting rays were just some of the underwater creatures we observed. It was an adventure of a lifetime! Thank you, Discover Cotps, for arranging such a remarkable trip.
Just got home from spending 10 days in Cuba on their arts and culture trip. There were 3 of us..ages 83, 56 and 16. We had a wonderful trip.The guide and driver were fantastic and with us for the whole trip. We were like a family.All the plans were perfect..except the weather! It was 90-100 everyday. We did know it was going to be hot but needed to go at this time. Our accommodations had air conditioning in the bedrooms..thank goodness and were very nice. I had been in Cuba in 2019 and found it this time around very sad. The economy is worse. There were no muscians on the Malcon, on the streets or in the restaurants. There were no longer any sweet small shops. The hotels were empty and very few tourists. We were lucky to spend sometime with artist friends who will probably leave Cuba soon. No future there for young people. We spent time out of Havana, in the country and it was educational and beautiful. Since Trump closed all entry for cruise ships etc. there is no money coming in. So sad.....
