Very very polite and kind with everything my mother had done. From eye exam to cataract surgery to picking out her glasses afterwards
If I could give zero stars for the staff there I would. I had gone there to get my prescription lenses. One I felt rushed and as if They did not have time to have to help. It was just an irritant for the female to be at work. Then I was told my glasses would be in 7 to 10 business days I waited the 7 which was on a Friday. I was told that they were still in lab marked as ready to be shipped they would be in Monday. I was told to call Monday to see if they were in. I had a few questions outside of the status of my order and her tone changed and she was put off by having to answer any question I might have had about my lenses. I was again told to call back on Tuesday to see if they were in or at least shipped. Again whomever answered the phone acted like it was putting her out and she wasn't being paid to answer phones and answer questions. Because Yes this is the first time I have had to have glasses as an adult and I have questions. The oh so lovely female answered the questions short and quipped. As if she had to do 10 years of research to come up with an answer to something as simple as 2+2. Its not that she didn't know the answer she was put out that she had to bump those gums to give the answer!!!! then proceeded to tell me they are still in Lab marked to be shipped today. So I will call back tomorrow if they are not shipped or in I am going to cancel my order and go else where over priced and rude I do not recommend discover out in Harrisonville to anyone GO SOME WHERE ELSE SAME PRODUCTS CHEAPER AND FRIENDLIER PEOPLE ELSE WHERE!!!!! You do not have to take the abuse. After this I will never go back to them for any of my needs for glasses I will pay out of pocket or out of network next time!!
Today was my first appointment with Dr. Klein and everything about my visit was positive. The check in process as a new patient was very easy and the entire staff was terrific. Dr. Klein is very personable and what I thought was great is that he gave me a chance to sit at the computer and to look at my phone to make sure I could see both of them clearly as my contact prescription is for reading from one eye and distance from the other eye which can be tricky. I highly recommend this office and everyone that works there!
Great exam with Dr. Samuelson, friendly and answered all of my questions. I will go back!
I am forever thankful for Vickie, the Site Manager at the Harrisonville office! I called today at 1pm with a concern of my 5 years old swelling shut, and she got me an appointment within an hour as she could hear my concerns and worry with my daughter. She gave me several appointment options and got me in to the most convenient location for me quickly! I am so thankful she was able to get me seen quickly with Dr. Gum who also did an amazing job, to ease my mind and know that healing is ahead for her Stye! :
This office was close to where we live. The office staff was very friendly and not a long wait at all. Very impressed with the person who checked vision. Dr Vogel was very knowledgeable and found a problem with my cornea and had his office schedule an appointment with a specialist. That was very encouraging to me. I have been a patient of Discover Vision many years. I will continue to use them as long as I can
I had an eye exam yesterday and everything went well. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The technician was very courteous, capable, and a professional. Dr. Vogel was his normal self providing a quality eye exam and a friendly conversation. I picked out a new pair of glasses and am happy with that service and transaction. I will continue to go to Dr. Vogel and I would recommend him to others.
My husband and I go together, I picked out some new frames, if I needed a new prescription while I was waiting. My husband was taken back first and I was taken back shortly after. We had a very nice person check us before we saw the doctor. Everything was handle very efficiently and I ordered my new glasses after my appointment, my husbands eyes hadn't changed much and he didn't need glasses. We were very happy with our visit.
I was greeted and registered immediately. As I was talking to the Receptionist the Tech came out to get me for my exam. He completed a very good exam and checked my glasses. Dr. Vogel came in and completed a very extensive exam and gave me the results. Discover Vision is a great place and I love going there. I know you would enjoy the care and expert exams that they give. Joe K.
My experience with Dr Vogel and everyone else in this office was great! He took his time and was very thorough during my exam and even took the time to call and speak with my Oncologist about an issue I'm having. I highly recommend him!
