Well I had issues with my hopper. And cable for a couple of months it has been resolved finely. I simply think they should stop refurbershing boxes. And they won't have this problem. But as of today my new box seems ok now.
While we stay home to stay safe! The first one to try to collect there money or turn your service off is the cable company! Wheres your help?
