3 days and still no prescription for my mother even though it was supposedly sent in, I was told by pharmacy that it requires a prior authorization which they don't do so I had to find someone who does. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DISPATCH
I had Dispatch Health come to my home. The NP and Nurse were very professional and kind. It was a wonderful experience. I am so thankful that i Can have healthcare in the comfort of my own home.
My family member is getting Home Health Care and they recommended Dispatch Health. It would take too long to get approval from the primary. We used Dispatch Health twice within 2 weeks and they will have a follow-up appointment also. I couldn't be happier with this service. We got appointments the same day we called. The nurses who came were so nice and very professional. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was fascinating everything that were capable of doing, down to calling in prescriptions and testing for an infection. Kudos to Jackie and Eduardo first visit and Blaine and Aaron the second visit. I won't hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them. Excellent service

Amazing experience! Willing&excited to recommend & share! My elderly father can be a handful & with his pains & conditions it’s easy to understand his frustration and irritable behavior when needing to seek urgent care for relief & knowing the the lengthy process that doesn’t always guarantee any solution or comfort, simply exhausting you from anxiety in the wait of any kind of treatment for pain makes the pain you go in for less painful than the pain of waiting for nothing it seems when you finally get to the point of whatever, it’s probably better I just suffer in the comforts of home I suppose& just want to get out of there which makes this services even more of a life saver! You get to wait at home& be seen in your home! They were very punctual! Actually earlier then estimated arrival, they notified of course the availability and confirmed if early arrival would be okayWell of course& please do!, a miracle in our book, never had a provider been readily available to see sooner Extremely knowledgeable, very professional with a splash of kindness& compassion Rare & a blessing if you’re fortunate to cross Paths with such special humans Jesus & Christian are awesome & amazing! Overall five star experience without a doubt- Game changer for me as my father frequently needs urgent medical care without warning, it gives me peace of mind, comfort knowing I no longer need to dread visiting another urgent care facility or worry that I’ll be spending most my life in what feels like waiting in vain! I’ve called two days in a row and they have no one available to help. They say I should call my primary doctor. I don’t have one, that’s why I called them. What kind of service is this?
Disappointed that after making a n appointment at 10am to have them call me at 8pm to tell me they were booked. No one answered their dispatch line after 6 so no way to see the status of my appt which is received a text confirming an appointment
Very grateful they came to see my daughter the same day I called. Very kind people and we were able to get her prescription within an hour. Great team!
I get mailers from them all the time. Finally when I decided to use their service I got a recording saying, "due to high demand no appointments available." How does a company advertise so frequently then fail to deliver?
Less than one Star! I called to get a visit for myself and the website said someone would call me. They never did! Then the next day I called for an elderly patient who could call and I spent 30 mins answering questions and completing their health questionnaire only to be disconnected at the end. When I called them they said I had to answer all the questions and complete the questionnaire again even though the first agent had entered it all in their system. So, after about 45 min between the 2 calls an RN came on the line only to tell me they would not see the patient because of her advanced age and they suggest I take her to urgent care. These patients are the most in need of home care! I suspect they prioritize who they serve by which insurance pays the most or by which health issues pay the most. Awful service and I will tell everyone in any way I can. Its a scam!!!
