Outstanding sales and service. I bought a DW600 and was really pleased with the experience and the machine. Highly recommend this brand and this dealership.
I bought a SK 1550 from these guys at the Garner store. Craig and the team were awesome everyone treated me good and with respect even the mechanic came out and shook my hand and was very helpful. I read one comment where one person said the staff seemed racist. I'm a black guy and I didn't see or feel anything of the sort. Of course, I always feel that racist thing is overuse. I think in this day and time it has more to do with your attitude towards others than anything else. but anyway, the overall experience was excellent. Thanks you, to the Garner ditch witch team.
Joshua was a great person to deal with at Ditch Witch. He went above and beyond with the demonstration and delivery of my R-55 stump grinder. Highly recommend!
If I could do zero stars I would. Josh Jordan charged me $3350 for mostly used parts. Off of my own Dennis Cmaf 180d When I confronted him he admitted that he took the bearings, hoses, and bolts off of my own machine and then sold them to me. He felt that he got screwed in his own words by the insurance company. He then refused to give me any refund for his despicable behavior. Off to small claims we go. BUYERS BEWARE
Brought my SK 1550 up from the Charlotte area as it has been giving us some trouble with some nuisance codes. Steve the Service Department Manager was very helpful from beggining to end. Very good experience, I will continue to make the drive as I trust him and his department to do their best for me, would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Not blown away by the reliability of my sk600 but this dealer has been great to work with. My machine broke a fan belt, I drove over there immediately, getting there right as they closed, they opened the gate for me and I was back on my job within 30 minutes. They’ve had a solution to every issue Iv had, I really couldn’t ask for better customer service.
Craig at this location went above and beyond to assist us in getting a much needed equipment for the company! Held our hand through the whole process and made sure we would get the best possible deal available. Thank you!
We have an older ditch witch machine. They were very helpful in helping us get the parts needed to keep it going. Knowledgeable staff, good parts inventory
Great products that come with big price, but you know what they say you get what you pay for.
