Just moved down here. This will be my go to beauty supply store. Great selection of everything you need!
I used to frequent this store but after my last two visits I will never shop here again. The first unpleasant encounter I brushed it off, thinking the young lady behind the register may have been having a bad day. We all do. But weeks later! I encountered the same young lady, who still had the same nasty, condescending attitude. She acted as very disinterested in assisting me and began to mumble under her breath. When I asked what she said I was met with an eye roll and a response of “nothing.” All very unfortunate because the convenience of the location and the quality of the products is why is frequented this store. But quality customer service means so much more. And the attitude of the young lady behind the register has now caused them to lose two customers. Myself and my sister will no longer shop here.
Don't go anywhere else for all things beauty. They have another location in BMOC outlets off Maple Ave. Best selection in Burlington. If you can't fine what you need anyplace else, I know you will find it there. And the prices can't be beat. And the most amazing staff. Thanks you guys for holding a sister down for years honey!
Customer service is horrible and overpriced! I purchased the wrong hair, called and spoke with a lady about a refund. The lady explained that I could return the hair as long as it wasn't open. I return to the store with the hair and receipt but they only wanted to give me an even exchange for hair. I will never spend any more money within either one of these stores. Maybe an even exchange for someone who doesn't have the receipt but not when you have a receipt. Take care of your customer at the end of the day!!!
The young lady working the floor was super helpful and friendly. I was looking for braiding hair because I'm getting knotless braids soon. This place has a huge selection of all types of hair, hair care and beauty products. This is my go to spot for hair.
I will never go back to this place again. After asking where the hair I was looking for was it took me a minute to decide. Someone finally came over after 10- 15 minutes passed. After I got the hair I wanted I decided to walk around to see to what other products I was going to purchase. I noticed every where I went I was followed by the lady owner. She made it obvious that she was watching me. I drove almost an hour to this store to get treated like I was about to steal something. Very disheartening! I thought this could be a new place for me because I buy hair a lot and they open on Sunday's was a plus for me. Guess not

been a faithful customer at divas for a very long time so I recently Spent 270 on hair and within a week my bundles started shedding so bad like someone was cutting the hair from the weft and pulling it out went in store to talk to store manager and he brushed me off and offered 10% off my next hair purchase the hair was shedding too much for just 10% called the store to complain again and the store manager tells me “ we don’t make the hair we sell it so it’s nothing we can do” then the worker on the phone wanted to be rude and catch a attitude on the phone. I won’t be shopping from them ever again and I also won’t be recommending anyone else to.
The lady that does my hair sent me here, they have great customer service. Been buying hair from here at least 9 months. There is a light skin sista working in there and she is just the best, always has a great attitude. See you guys soon.
